This is my absolute favorite Starbucks in the area to visit. It’s my daily bit of comfort as a busy SAHM! There’s nothing like having a coffee and being greeted with smiling faces that actually try to build a friendly rapport on a daily basis. Perhaps it’s just been the impact of the holidays, but my last three visits were all pretty terrible. The first was a drive-thru mobile order. The line was wrapped around the building and when I was stuck I saw my “Order Ready!” It took fifteen minutes to get to the window. The food was ice cold, missing a hot sauce packet, the frappe was melted. It also took the barista several minutes to even come to the window to greet me.
