Convenient location. Nice inside. Smoothies are yummy and food is tasty. Staff at lunch on Dec 19 was friendly and efficient. Prices are a bit high though.

3 times i have gone there and they've screwed up my drink. It either tasts horrible, extremely watery, or just straight up the wrong drink.

I placed an online order at 3:05 pm. App provided the average order pick up time of 3:12 pm. When I arrived- Saw that it wasn’t ready yet. Sat down and waited. 10 min pass- still nothing. Kept waiting. I waited almost 30 min at this point for an in-store order. After 30 min wait- found out they didn’t have an ingredient for the smoothie I ordered. Okay. Went with my second option. But at this point- I waited close to 40 min for my order. The girls were trying - I’ll give them that.
But I had just wasted my entire lunch break waiting. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Probably won’t return to this location for a while.

Love it here! The customer service is amazing and I’m always greeted with smiles when I come in, can’t wait for this to be my new study spot

Do not waste your time coming here. Every time I come get a simple smoothie, the staff is rude and take forever to make one item. It's a waste of time and money.

Very nice inside but I came here at 7:11am very terrible customer service. Both of the ladies act like they couldn’t speak, one young lady looked dead in your face and did not say anything… sad my phone and smoothie were great tho

Terrible wrap barely had meat and eggs in it. Could have when to knightdale got a bigger wrap.

I love some tropical smoothie cafe and I understand this location just opened but they are highly lacking. The last two time I’ve ordered my food was wrong. The Caribbean jerk chicken wrap I ordered didn’t even have the jerk sauce on it???? And then this time I got the quesadillas and I’m sorry but what the hell is this??? They didn’t even include the sauce it comes with either…

We’re so excited that Tropical Smoothie Cafe opened nearby! The customer service was excellent, and as always, the smoothies and food were amazing and delicious! :)
