Numerous times have I been to this Wendy's and the service here is just embarrassing. On almost every visit, my order is never correct and they are either missing an item or gave the wrong item. To add, a handful of the staff are not friendly. If you're ever craving Wendy's just don't even bother wasting time here and go to Knightdale.. much better service,

I was really craving a baked potato I had already gone to another Wendy's and they said that they were out of them after I paid for it so when I got to the store I asked them specifically if they had potatoes and they said yes but they would have to cook them which is fine I can wait for that at least they had some and the staff was friendly she was really sweet and explained everything

The worst experience I’ve had here. They were rude over the intercom at the drive thru, didn’t put the condiments in the bag for my baked potato, baked potato was obviously thrown together and looked terrible, also didn’t give me a fork for it. They handed me a drink that wasn’t mine and before I could say anything about it or what I was missing they shut the window and walked away.

Took a while to my meal. I ordered at the kiosk for dine in and they made it to-go. Ultimately- they couldn’t make a chicken wrap. Tried twice. And chicken was dry.

This location never care about quality & is always a smart mouth young person working in the drive thru, the food isn’t fresh at all I highly recommend going to Culver’s across the street or go to Knightdale cookout for quality , us customers work to hard for our money for poor quality food & service.

Store is busy all the time, employees working fast to get orders out, but they need more help. Store is clean but not one employee has a hair net and when you have bushy hair it should definitely be in a hair net. We dont want hair in our food. They need a large hair net for their hair while working with food and drinks.
Wendy’s in Wendell, North Carolina – Pulled up to the drive-thru expecting the usual wait, but wow—these folks must have time-travel technology because my order was ready before my fries even had a chance to dream of being crispy! The food was hot, fresh, and downright delicious—like the burgers were personally serenaded by flavor angels. The service? Lightning-fast and friendly enough to make you forget it’s a drive-thru and not a VIP dining experience.
A big shoutout to the team at Wendy’s in Wendell for keeping things running smoother than a frosty on a summer day. 👏

Do not eat here. Order has been online for over 30 mins and not even started. Lobby is empty and DThru has 1 car. They are OOS of half the menu and 6 people watching 1 person work is ridiculous. Very poor service on bad food this is way overpriced.

Update: October 2025... Today when I came in for lunch half the tables (only 2 tables) on the right was taken up by one person eating Bojangles food... A manager meeting taking place on the left only leaving center tables... but then the person eating Bojangles joined the other group of managers leaving his stuff on the original table... obviously lack of respect for Wendys but definitely good advertising for Bojangles .. oh, the soda machine was out of almost of all the flavors... Just seems odd of where there priorities are... Food was good and wait staff were good also...
