This is my second time getting food from here & unfortunately it is below standards. For as much as the food is, I highly recommend against it.

A couple of details about the food:
•Bacon from the "Baconator Cheeseburger" tasted like plastic.
•Flat Coca-Cola Zero.
•"Cinnabon Pull-Apart" lacked the authentic taste of "Cinnabon".

Laziness is at an all time high. The cooks refried old fries to the point where they were the color of Arby’s fries instead of just dropping fresh fries.

Upon requesting fresh fries the staff was more concerned with when I came through and retrieving the old fries when I had literally looped around drive through.

The hiring process has to be first come first serve.

The only reason I’m leaving this review is maybe the owner would look at it, because I know they have got to be doing a quarter of the business they probably could be doing. I stopped going because the service is terrible, everybody is incredibly unprofessional, and the food was horrible. Then a couple months ago, it seemed like they had hired new staff and everybody seemed friendly, but shortly after it went back downhill. Tonight I was desperate and everything else was closed so I went by, but was greeted with terrible customer service or just human interaction. I’ve worked a ton of restaurant jobs, so I know how much it can suck, but the cashier literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they did tap to pay or if it was easier for me to use a card. She then basically tossed the food at me and told me to have a good night.

Latisha was awesome. So was the cashier ( young guy) I went about 230 pm. Bun on chicken sandwich was hard, baconator fries had no cheese sauce. Manager skipped line and made regulars food.

Probably one of the worst Wendy’s we’ve ever been to. Dining room is freezing cold, no napkins, ketchup, spoons, or anything else available. Terrible customer service. Don’t know who the manager of this store is but they need to rethink their career choice.

Bought 3 Krabby Patties because my wife and child loves spongebob, we were excited to try them. They weren't even that good. If mcdonalds did this with spongebob they would've went ALL out! They would've made spongebob themed bags and probably even cups. Ordering the Krabby Patty and wendys was expensive, could've just ordered a regular burger and fries and it would've been the exact same thing. Nothing special. Wendys do better.

Ordered a Cobb grilled chicken salad from the Wendell falls locations Not only did they give me the incorrect lemonade the grilled chicken that was on my salad was hard as a rock and dried out !

The chicken was so discolored that it looked like they had Cajun seasoning on it and fried it !

I called the stores location multiple times and NO one answered I left them a voice mail w/ my contact information After spending over $50.00 No one should have been served this salad !
