Order was correct. The food was good. The drive-thru was quick. New Wendy's it's right off the highway. Just hard to get out of once you have your order but that's not their fault.

I wonder if management knows that this location closes BEFORE 12 midnight? We pulled up at 1145 last night, March 25th, and clearly saw employees moving around inside, but no one came to the microphone to take our order. And we weren't the only customers waiting. Maybe you should change your times to reflect that you close before midnight. That way we won't be trying to get there at 1145, since your time says you close at 12.

Stopped off highway on the way home from RDU on a Sunday night at 8. Reading the reviews in drive thru, I thought I made a mistake but gave it a try anyway. The guy taking drive thru orders was exceptionally polite, and wait time was minimal w 2 cars ahead of me. Lady at the window was excellent. Food came out within seconds and the Dave’s triple with only ketchup may have been the best one I’ve ever had from Wendy’s all time. Piping hot, fresh, great amount of ketchup. Impressive, keep up the great work.

Dinner for a family of 4 came to $47?!?!?! I heard recently that Wendy's was changing prices for busier times, etc. That is absolutely ridiculous.Also, we were missing 2 nuggets out of a 10 piece ( it doesn't seem like a big deal until you realize that is 20%).Had to listen to an employee talk about how he can't wait to get off and basically how he hates his job.Will not visit this location and possibly other locations in the future. For $50, we could just about go out to eat!

Everyone in this restaurant are always so polite and kind! We dined in to eat. My son’s frosty melted by the time we left and they replaced it for me! I told the clerk we wanted to get his frosty when we left so it wouldn’t melt. He said that was okay. This place is also very clean!

Went through the drive-thru, ordered one meal, was told to park. Waited 15min, went into the store, asked about status of the order and was then told it would be cooked now but would be ready in another 6 minutes. How can you be fast food if the order takes over 20 minutes to prepare.

I am a regular and tonight we were treated with disrespect. They had the rudest employees tonight working. My husband went for me to pick up a online order that I placed in DRIVE THRU to pick up. The manager had a attitude made my husband come inside with my 3 month old baby in 30 degree weather. Stated I placed the order inside which was a lie and I have proof on my app how my order was placed. Well they kept making sparky remarks regarding my order around my husband. How they didn't have cheese for our chilis we didn't order cheese only onions to be added in. They caught attitude about my husband parking at the door. Yes he did park there because again they made him come inside with a 3 month old in low temperatures weather. They need to do better on customer service. I also ordered a double stack and that burger was made like they showed with attitude sloppy. ?

I went to Wendy’s this morning and I was kind of expecting “blah” service due to the one in knightdale but who ever was the cashier she was cheerful and wonderful personality. Food was hot and fresh. She truly made my day!!! Now I have to drive 30mins to get good Wendy’s food but it’s worth it‼️
