Wingstop

Incompetent management. Offered a deal and then pulled it. I'll never go again and recommend against it to everyone unless I get my free meal. Leaving one stars on all local locations.

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Garbage food! Especially your tenders! Just FROZEN garbage tenders from one of the big food service companies. If HARDEES can make a decent tender why can’t you?

Ordered a 50 piece lemon pepper wings. We received wings with feathers still all over them. Fried up feathers. 😳 Called customer service x3. Sent pictures. Left a message for the store we bought them at. No communication back from customer service or the store. Horrible customer service. Didn't do anything to make it right.

we spent $45 from Whipple location Hayward and requested well done received the order over cooked. Because I had no way to return the food they would not refund…

The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious. Everything was fresh and the store was clean.

Picked up an order got home. Food was cold. Fries wasn’t done management didn’t wanna do anything about it. I do not recommend this place need better management and training

First time I went there 2 weeks ago, it awesome. Chicken was hot and fresh. Well tossed with the sauce. The fries were hot and delicious. Tonight(11/25/24) , it was the exact opposite. I called in an order on a slow Monday night and received old tenders that had been cooked well before I called. (Took me 5 minutes to arrive at the location after I called in the order). The tenders were cold and old. Not tossed well in the sauce. The fries were at least warm but not as good as the previous visit. Had me hooked but now I’ll spend my money at the jersey mikes next door. Only reason it’s not 1 star is because of my first visit. People work hard for their money. Do better.

I had been Doordashing and picking up orders for two individuals. While the store was incredibly busy, several orders were sitting on the shelves without being called out by anyone. I was ignorwd for ten minutes trying to figure out if any were my orders, and when I finally got someone to speak to me, both of the orders had been sitting on the shelves. Later in the evening I decided to order for myself, and when I went to pick it up, there were three other individuals in the lobby with me. The young woman who was working the register was making jokes with the person bagging orders, and the person waiting for his order in front of me had not been helped. Both girls were joking around, showing each other things on their phones, and ignoring the customers. I waited for 7 minutes to receive my order. Then the drink I received was just carbonated water.

Picked up my daughter’s order today and there was a “vote Trump” sticky note in the bottom of her sealed pickup bag. Absolutely disgusting.
