I wish we got photos of the food- but it was gone before we could even capture it. The food was absolutely fantastic!!! Atmosphere is great and the staff is phenomenal - Richard was incredible. Our new favorite in WJ!

Overpriced food, all that money spent and NO FLAVOR. Cant cook a proper steak, youre jist paying to look fancy thats it.

Ate here on Valentine’s Day 2025 and completely forgot to leave a review—because, well, my brain operates on a “remind me in three months” schedule. But here I am, and let me tell you, this place is worth every single penny. The staff? Absolute legends. The food? So ridiculously good that I refuse to even describe it—some things are meant to be experienced, not just typed out on some Google review.

If you’re still reading this, what are you even doing? Stop. Seriously, stop. Make a reservation now. Your taste buds deserve this level of food ecstasy. Go. Now. Thank me later.

Would I recommend this establishment? 10000% We reserved the upstairs for a private event and to say we were blown away is putting it mildly. How was the bartender/cocktails you ask? EXCELLENT! Service was top notch, drinks were awesome and she knew her stuff! How was the food? OMG! I can’t say enough….food was off the charts good. Steak tips, chicken picatta, mashed potatoes….😋😋😋😋 Did you have good service? YES! YES! A thousand times yes! Super nice and soooo accommodating! My only regret? I live to dang far! So please….heed my advice and run, don’t walk to make a reservation here! You won’t be sad…PINKY SWEAR!

This was our first time at Craft Bistro, and we could not have been happier--the food was fantastic, the waitstaff incredibly friendly, and the bartender made a gin drink that was out of this world. 10/10 recommended, and we will be back next time we're in the area.

Craft Bistro has been our go to restaurant for anniversaries and birthdays. We had a surprise party in their upstairs event room and it was perfect! Amazing food as always. Great service and the atmosphere was joyful and private enough for our crowd to be loud and share lots of laughs. LOVE the owners for going way above and beyond whether it's just the 2 of us or our whole family.

This was hands down the BEST restaurant we have ever eaten at! Me and my husband were blown away! Great upscale foodie place in West Jefferson. A bit noisy with all the hard surfaces but this wasn't a problem for us. Amazingly fresh seafood for being so far inland, apparently it's flown in every Friday morning. Everything was thoughtfully cooked and we had a great time. The only constructive criticism I could share is that at least on the day we visited, they had only budget-quality hot tea available after the meal, though they did have hot coffee my wife enjoyed. Just buy a couple boxes of Twinings, done and done. :-)
