Ok I rarely leave reviews but this doughnut shop continues to leave us baffled every year we visit. Today was our 4th year visiting the shop and once again we were disappointed and baffled how they stay in business. Each year we get there around 2 and they have only a few doughnuts left! The doughnuts are huge and taste like nothing extra special. We keep going back hoping to try to get a good selection of doughnuts. Today we got there at 1 and again no doughnuts in the case and 3 flavors on a cooling rack behind the case. We ordered 6 for $17! There was only one girl working and she put our doughnuts into a brown paper bag! I asked if she could at least put a piece of parchment paper between the doughnuts she said she didn't have any. Needlessly to say our doughnuts were a mess ! Honestly we should have just left. Totaling baffling WHY they never seem to have enough doughnuts if any at all by early afternoon when they are open until 5 and during PEEK SEASON! The owners need to step up their game, get some good seasonal help and make twice as many doughnuts! There was a line when we left ...too bad they were all going to be disappointed 😞

Only 1 person working on a Sunday morning and they were out of creamer for coffee. There was a nasty customer berating the worker so I felt bad but the donut for my dad was amazing and the baklava was fantastic.

This place has the absolute BEST doughnuts! Came on vacation for one week and had doughnuts here three different days because they were so good! I think about these doughnuts frequently, and will definitely be stopping back by to pick up some if we ever vacation anywhere in NC again!

This small doughnut shop has some great doughnuts. They are very large compared to a regular doughnut. They have a decent selection, and the staff were very helpful.
The doughnuts were also very fresh and soft and tasted great.
I will definitely return again.
