I absolutely love this place! Family friendly and great food. I'm fortunate enough to live just down the road and my wife works there! (Win win)

Amazing Food! I would definitely recommend the French toast! It's definitely a perfect spot for anyone who wants a nice breakfast in a cozy little area!

10 out of 10 recommend! A little hole in wall restaurant with great prices and even better food. The biscuits and gravy are to die for and my daughter and husband devoured the French toast. Can't wait to come by and try lunch.

An excellent old-fashioned bacon cheeseburger and BLT. Priced right with sides and drinks at less than $12 total.

We went because this was close to Holy Trinity Church in Glendale Springs. Very basic downhome restaurant with limited menu.

Seats are hard, view is of the parking lot, restaurant was created from a 1930's school gym BUT, The food is really good, inexpensive, the waitresses are attentive and very nice and the variety is pretty darn good for a country diner. I've been going to Rodies for over 10 years.

Burgers, sandwiches, fried chicken, all kinds of fried sides, daily specials, Hershey's ice cream, banana pudding, parfaits, homemade candy. Not much very healthy here, but it's a nice splurge. Service is down-home friendly and accommodating. Really good burgers.

We traveled the Blue Ridge Parkway and found this small town diner in Glendale Springs. Not much to look at but there is something for everyone here. Note, everything is served on paper plates and the prices were probably set in the 1980s!!!

Stopped here with 8 very hungry travelers from the Parkway. Loved it! Food was amazing and gave us Yankees a touch of the south. They were understaffed (who isn't in 2021?) and handled it with grace. Highly recommend.

Loves my girls. Also being remembered as a customer is an awesome little perk for everybody and their day. No complaints here in this world we need more local community of love.
As i come through Glendale Springs, i stop at Rodies to eat. Top notch grade. Top notch staff. Try the chilled puddings. I recommend this as a stop off the Parkway..

My dad wanted to have his birthday lunch at Rodies. He loves their sweet potato fries and barbecue. Thanks ladies.

Cruising the Blue Ridge Parkway from end to end and ran across this unassuming little gem of a place. I stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Friendly service, very reasonable prices. The grizzly burger was absolutely delicious.
