This drive through has a computer who takes your order, but still somehow got it wrong. The food is good though for fast food it gives different options for sides then just basic fries

The cashier had 0 customer service and a bad attitude. Being a diabetic, I asked for lemon slices to add to my water and her response was “I don’t think we have any but I’ll check” she asked another employee did they have any lemons and that employee said that she hadn’t cut up any. The cashier turns towards me and says “we don’t have any” the audacity of some people wanting to working with the public but lack basic customer service skills.

Because it was cold the woman working the drive-thru would not stick your hand out the window. I almost had to exit my vehicle to get my food then no seasoning on the fries then gave me unsweet tea for sweet tea

They serve old chicken at 8 pm i ask the lady for 2 breast and 2 wings all the chicken was cold and had bad taste i just to like this place but now i think twice before I come back i waste mi money on a bad chicken

The new automated drive thru does not allow adequate time to place your order, thus forcing you to complete your order at the pick-up window…this takes more time and causes a back-up.

Area around tea urns and drink dispenser was inundated with fruit flies. Rice was hours old and chicken was over cooked and rubbery, like it had been under a heat lamp too long. Staff was rude and went out of their way to NOT be helpful.
