Bojangles in whiteville got it together. Don't wait it's always done right the managers must be good. Everyone seems to work together thank you.

I absolutely HATE the AI drive through. It NEVER understands me. And this time it didn't even take my order. Making me late for work. It ALWAYS gets my order wrong. I thought id try the drive through this time in order to try and make sure I wasnt late but it STILL caused issues. I hate going to Bojangles because of the AI. The only reason I ever stop is because it's the only place to get eggs in the afternoon. Every time I come to bojangles I end up leaving mad or disappointed. Either because of the AI or because my biscuits more often than not end up overcooked. Or my Bo-rounds.

This was a bad experience. Had to wait for long time for two biscuits. I received them and it looked as if someone just throwed it in a bad. Had to get another biscuit because it had a little price of ham and over done egg on a biscuit that more crumbs than biscuit. The staff were playing rather than taking care of there's customers. Very very bad experience.

Tried the Bo-berry chicken and waffle. Thought it was fine but not great. Good flavor but the waffles were too dry and crunchy. Service was pleasant.
I didnt get the size of dirty rice I payed for. It tasted old, the frys were UNDERCOOKED, cold, barely any seasoning and the cashier was very rude.

Had to wait for part of my order and noticed my biscuit was noticeably burnt. Went inside to obtain a replacement and to get the rest of my order. The front was full of people waiting for their orders too. Because I've consistently been let down by this location, I only visit a few times a year.

This place really sucks here I ordered 2 boxes of the 2 peice chicken combo one with 2 peice a chicken thigh and a chicken leg , dirty rice , bo rounds and a drink I remember when it used to be $5.99 that thing went up to you $8 now and I bought two of them they need something affordable like a $5 meal or something that people can actually afford not everyone is made out of money to eat something that is simple when I got my chicken my chicken leg was the smallest I have ever seen in my life the food was pretty good but the employees aren't professional on the night time shift they Hollar and go around and act how ever they please to act they even cuss at times
