“Three of us took the one hour trip from Wilmington specifically to try out Crown BBQ. We were not disappointed! Having lived in Texas, we especially wanted to try the brisket. It was spot on delicious. We also tried the sausage, devilled eggs and beans. All were great. We had a late lunch, so was not crowded. After lunch the owner/chef stopped by and we had a great chat. Do not pass up this gem!”

“We have ordered takeout pizza from here a couple times since moving to the area. The pizza was good, so we decided to go in and sit down and have a meal. You order at the counter and take a number and they bring you the food when it's ready. Everything we had was super good. One of my daughters got chicken Alfredo, which at many places is just too buttery, but she loved it here. We also tried meatball sub, lasagna, and the Godfather and Brooklyn wraps. (Lots of people in our group). Everyone loved the foot. The garlic knots were the size of biscuits and the marinara was yummy. Definitely don't skip this place. We will be back!”

Staff is friendly, and when I call my order in for pick up it is always ready within 10 minutes. “It's definitely one of a kind, It's actually made Columbus County's one of the top favorite picks from voters throughout the county for the last 2 years I know..Its never overly crowded or "to busy" it definitely keep steady business, but even if you have to wait a few mins, it's always worth it. “Mom worked there for years. She taught me how to make that delicious slaw. I have never mastered the chili. As a kid, my favorite was was the cheese dog with chili and slaw. As an adult, I really like the hamburger with slaw. Years ago, Ed taught me how to make change on that old cash register. Great memories, great food!”
