“We do not have a BR with our Dunkin so this was a bonus. I didn't like that the ice cream option was not there, but there was no issue adding the cone to my mobile order. My son got his usual vanilla with sprinkles and I got the pralines and cream ice cream and a s'mores donut. Both were devine. The cashier was friendly and told us to have a nice day.“

“I'm giving 5 stars because it's not the businesses fault that their newer staff members "hope your milk shake tastes like Sh¡t" because they messed up the order and after waiting on it for 20 minutes, it had to be remade.I'm in here often, this is a recent issue.To the (younger) staff, we can hear you (and all the customer slanding) from all the way at the back door...To These New owners, you might want to secret shop your south Whiteville MCdonalds location, be (reasonably)difficult, see how your staff handles it.This would be a 1 start review if the previous owners didn't earn/build such a great customer relationship. That being said, if I over hear anymore interactions between the staff and customers like I did today, I'll up date this review to 1/5 stars as it should be.“

“I have been to this McDonald's a few times when traveling. The drive thru moves quickly. I wasn't asked if I was using my mobile app, but that was fine. The cashier asked if I wanted my receipt which was nice since I have so many receipts. My order was correct and all employees were pleasant.“
