“Nice place for coffee and donuts in Pembroke. Finally we have an alternative to Just Love coffee in the morning. While I love Just love, this new Dunkin is clean and very approachable and something to look forward to.Will wait and see how this place is run and update my review based on that“

I can tell you about McDonald's in Pembroke, NC these folks are always just the sweetest and ready ? to help no matter what I ask. Thanks for all your help, also for being kind to my mom, sometimes it is just what we need to strive to do.“
“Great service this morning from service to quality of product except from the likes of a short girl who worked there with short hair. I could not make her name out from the name tag but I'm pretty sure she is the only one working there with that description. She was completely disrespectful and sarcastic. I was simply asking about the new holiday selections and she goes on to tell me there are 365 days in a year and she does not remember what was on the menu from last year. She could have just simply expressed the fact that she did not know the answer. Then continued after saying that if I really wanted to know I should go look it up myself on the Starbucks website. Overall completely unimpressed in the actions taken by this person today. Other then that great job to the Starbucks crew!! My eggnog frappe was amazing and exactly what I wanted!“
“Food is decent most of the time. I recently visited after regular hours only the drive thru was open. This shift an time of night the food is way better. And also keep in mind if visiting they pull each an every car up at the window regardless of what you ordered. They will pull you up then walk out immediately after with your food. Ridiculous to be honest, if they wanted a lil extra cardio then they should get outside N clean up that lot.Kid-friendliness: Everyone is welcome, kids are very welcome. But I think they should have never done away with the Play pins.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible more than 1 way to enterDietary restrictions: Every item has a calorie count beside of it“
“i come here all the time & the staff know me by name & we chat all the time. i love the atmosphere, i always feel so welcomed in here and the manager, Mr. Mickey, is always so welcoming and always working alongside the staff! moved here & decided to give this place a chance, and i haven’t turned back! many great memories made here “
