When I tell you I hate coming home to visit bc customer service at these fast food places is a thing of the past! Welp not this morning! The lady on the speaker this morning was so happy and sweet! Just chipper! She made my morning! I had to ask her name, Mrs. Dianne. She was entirely too nice! Keep her! She is definitely a beautiful example of what customer service should be!

Food was freshly made & hot, the employee at the window Ms Shani was & always is incredibly nice and happy to make sure everything in your order is 100% correct. It's right in front of Walmart & Murphy USA so I can do my shopping, get some gas, grab a quick bite at a fast & reliable restaurant that I know always has fresh, hot food everytime I come! & head back home!!

Just got home from getting food from here 09/06/24 and my chicken fry’s and French fries are all burnt tasting. When inside to complain and the female staff at the front said it was probably the grease. If y’all know it is bad change it. There are requirements of the grease and when it should be changed. That’s horrible.

Destiny deserves a raise! Burger king is our favorite fast food restaurant. We were on our way home from the beach when we stopped at this random BK and OMG. Best ive ever had. The fries were fresh and SALTED which i almost never get at any BK. The lady i mentioned in the beginning was so sweet and her makeup was unreal! I’ve never met such awesome bk workers❤️

Collectively, over the years, my experiences here have consisted of extremely long waits and unprofessional staff. That is until the last couple of visits we've made over the last couple of weeks. Wait time, from ordering to the delivery window, has improved tremendously and the staff has been very kind and welcoming. I especially want to point out a particular employee named Aaron. He was very friendly and professional and clearly takes great pride in his job and in customer satisfaction. That's the kind of customer service that creates patrons and keeps them coming back. Give that fella a raise!
