Just got home from getting food from here 09/06/24 and my chicken fry’s and French fries are all burnt tasting. When inside to complain and the female staff at the front said it was probably the grease. If y’all know it is bad change it. There are requirements of the grease and when it should be changed. That’s horrible.

Destiny deserves a raise! Burger king is our favorite fast food restaurant. We were on our way home from the beach when we stopped at this random BK and OMG. Best ive ever had. The fries were fresh and SALTED which i almost never get at any BK. The lady i mentioned in the beginning was so sweet and her makeup was unreal! I’ve never met such awesome bk workers❤️

Collectively, over the years, my experiences here have consisted of extremely long waits and unprofessional staff. That is until the last couple of visits we've made over the last couple of weeks. Wait time, from ordering to the delivery window, has improved tremendously and the staff has been very kind and welcoming. I especially want to point out a particular employee named Aaron. He was very friendly and professional and clearly takes great pride in his job and in customer satisfaction. That's the kind of customer service that creates patrons and keeps them coming back. Give that fella a raise!
One thing I've learned about this Burger King is that during the day, you have a 50/50 chance of your food being hot. If you order delivery anytime after 9:30 pm, your food will not only be hot, your fries will be salted, and everything is just better. Highly recommend nighttime delivery
How long does it take, to take someone’s order? Sit at the intercom for over 10 mins and get told to hold on a minute. Needs new management, people are LAZY.

Don't go to this burger king when the female assistant manager is working I dined in there and she did nothing but stand out straight at the door smoking and talking on her phone the drive thru was busy and people at front line standing and waiting for a long time and she never came to help the employees were doing there best to help everyone as fast as possible
