Hey I placed a order online and it told me that my food was being made and that I had a pick up time at 10:07 I get her and nobody comes to the window I’m blowing the horn and revving the engine of my car and knocking on the window to get someone attention nobody never came I asked if my food was made and that I was here to pick it up and they tell me it hasn’t been made and that they are closing I been sitting at that window for 15-20 mins waiting on someone to come I watched a worker walk by the window twice with a cup in her mouth and didn’t assist me I eat here on a regular basis and don’t like how my service was this time they said they was close at 10:20 but the time said they closed at 11
Service is not at the speed for which fast food was intended.

Came through drive-thru and got a 'Shroom melt, which didn't have the sauce which I could overlook but the bread was just plain bread, not toasted. Was told the toaster was broken after I got home and called. Don't you think you should let the customer know? BK, incidents like this is the reason people go to other burger establishments.

The sandwich, lettuce tomato and all had to have been nuked in the microwave, leftover from... Sometime unknown. Fries were soggy and cold. And the Sprite fountain drink... Probably never cleaned the machine... Tasted moldy.
