Food is good, cheap, and not a whole lot of flavor, but they are fast and actually pretty accurate. We had a large order and they did a good job

Half the time you may get a correct order. I don’t want cheese & mustard on my burger and they put cheese & mustard. Even checking with them 3 times at the drive-thru doesn’t help, because they show they don’t care. Speaker system sucks. They talk too fast and take the order too fast. Maybe if they slow down a bit, they’ll get our orders right.

I just visited the Cookout on Reynolda Road, Winston Salem, NC My order was received fresh and quick. I open my box to discover I did not have seasoning on my fries so I asked the young lady (African American with dreads) could I get some seasoning salt (she rolled her eye) she asked for my tray back but I asked could you put it in the packet. She then went to the back to fix the seasoning salt and again when she hand it back rolled her eyes before I could say Thank you she mumbled something and walked away. This customer service is not acceptable and to have an attitude at 11 am in the morning then she should not be working.

Traveling and stopped in this location. Looks like it woukd be a sit down but was not. Stood at the window for 6 minutes. Seen two girls working. One on the drive thru and another at the milkshake machine. Finally one looked over and seen me standing at the window but looked away. Hoping she would tell other girl and she would come take my order. I then noticed a bug on the stainless steel table by the register crawl under the gray tray. That was my sign to leave. Please do not tell me to call the 800 number because i did and it sent me to a voice message

Waited over 30 min to get food and no one seemed to know what or why? Asked to speak with manager, still no reason. Asked for refund and food… was told policy does not allow to do both. Staff in the rear was mouthing off and mocking what I was saying.

Got food poisoning yesterday brought a trey from this location around 9:00 pm last night been in the hospital since 4am..apparently this store is not clean and I wasn’t area about this being I’m not from here I was just passing by
