Dale's Seafood of Whiteville

They don't service your order right I got steak and shrimp didn't get shrimp but got steak 12oz paid $ 26.00. Then the man up front turn my plate up vertical and not flat when putting in the bag letting all the juices run out of the plate . so please watch what you are getting. They don't care treat me right because I spend money their too like your white customers.

The seafood was excellent! Very hot when they brought it! Everyone but us was eating fresh oysters so we'll definitely get those next time! A great find and we'll be back!

I was with a large group, servers we're working hard, but it was a wait. I'm not a fan of seafood, but those plates looked full. I had a burger and salad. Ranch dressing was really good. Burger good but over priced.

It's not the best Dale seafood. Their selection is not as good as other Dales seafood locations for people trying to do low car. The whiteville lication salad bar is pitiful.. no Iselection at all..

Overall a very good restaurant. They ran out of oysters which is bad timing on me. The food was lukewarm when we got it besides that everything else was okay.

Just brought a senior broiled fish and oyster platter. It was the worst I've ever tasted. The oysters were soggy and old, the fish dried out.... I had to throw away $15 + away! The manager Cindy said if I brought it back, the could try and correct it. I told her I threw it away already! That was not my first time at Dale's but it was my worst experience! Too bad they would not compensate and take the loss. They just wanted the money; not the customer!

I'm only sharing this to make the restaurant better. The shrimp and Flounder I ordered was pretty bland. The breading was coming off of the shrimp, and the flounder hardly had any meat, alot of breading. This place used to be so good, I don't know what's going on, but I wouldn't invite anyone I know to dine there at this point. Customer service was excellent though. No complaints there.
