First time using the App to pick up pizza! When I rolled up to the drive the thru, the pizza hot n ready and cooked perfectly. Friendly crew. Nice Price. Great experience!
I only give them 5 Stars because of the night crew. When I order any other time of the day it sucks. They never deliver on time and my food is always cold and looks as if it’s been sitting under a light for at least 45mins. Never Fresh! Whom ever is running the night crew is Freaking Awesome. I love the promptness and I love the freshness of my food. Thank You
The pizza was great! You can skip going in by calling ahead of time. There is a drive-through for pick up.
If you had rather sit comfortably at home, they will deliver if you're located in the area.
I didn't know dominos had a stuffed crust pizza. My brother just shared one with me.
I always thought a dominos stuffed crust would be amazing and it was true. It was the Parmesan stuffed crust to be exact.

Poor management ordered my food online delivery driver sat in my parking lot for 20 minutes took the food back after it said it was delivered brought it back cold burnt

Poor management and customer service. My husband and I placed an online order. We received a notification saying that our driver was in our neighborhood and then a few minutes later that our order had been completed. Yet we received NOTHING. We immediately called when we received a “order completed” and all we got was “well it was delivered” “he handed it to a little girl who approached his car”. (There’s no way because I only have toddlers who can’t even open the door & who even gives it to a LITTLE GIRL!??!?? ) When asked for a refund “we can’t refund you because the driver delivered it” when asked to speak to the manager it was the same response. It was our word against the driver’s word. LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE.

Employees were polite and great. Got my order on time and on point everything was right. Dinner was delicious and unlike Pizzahut we got everything we asked for, I’m still wondering how they could forget to make a stuff crust with the most important part that makes it a stuff crust, but that’s why Dominos is the best in town. When you order what you want they always deliver. ❤️

I recently had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Domino's Pizza that I feel compelled to share. I really like to give recognition to companies and employees that provide good customer service and always try do so. I will occasionally share my bad experiences. However, I wanted to share this poor experience. I ordered a pizza that was overwhelmingly greasy and slathered with an excessive amount of Alfredo sauce. The crust was mushy, making it completely inedible for my kids, who ended up having to settle for garlic knots instead.
When I called to complain, the response was, well there was no response. I waited a good awkwardly 10 seconds after expressing my reasoning for calling before I had to ask if they were still there just to get an uncountable long “yyyeeeaaahhh”. Followed by more silence. Leaving it up to me to lead the rest of the conversation. The person who answered seemed very uninterested. In the end I was told I could bring the pizza in for a replacement, otherwise they can’t do nothing els for me and left it at that. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was directed to call back the next morning. The follow-up calls were equally if not more frustrating. The Conversations with the "managers" were stilted and unhelpful, leaving me with no clear resolution or apology. The lady I spoke with the next day who was the manager, got on the phone saying “hello” when asked if I was speaking to a manager her response was “um yeeeaahhhhhhh”…It was so awkward that I felt like it was a joke.
Ultimately, I decided to stop pursuing the issue because it became clear that Domino's had no intention of addressing the problem WHAT SO EVER telling me to keep trying back the next day to speak to someone els because they have no idea how to help me… HuH???. My experience was marred by poor communication and a lack of customer care. Based on this experience, I won't be ordering from Domino's again it completely turned me and my friend away after experiencing that.. I tipped the driver very well also, so there was in my opinion no reason to treat me like I was someone trying to get over on them for ONE pizza out of the 5 I ordered. I just wanted to not feel like my money was not waisted. I usually just let things like this go but I wanted to say something this time because it did really stink that the kids pizza was no good at all.. . So, If you have an issue with your order at this location, don’t expect much help or understanding even if your order is not what YOU paid for.

Poor management and customer service. Will steal money by not delivering items, then not remedy the issue. Delivery will be beyond late, and food comes sloppy.
