Got large pepperoni, hand toss, was the best one I’ve had in awhile, however the medium pan pizza was a little doughy to me, I know there is a set time for cooking so maybe it was just me.

I ordered pizza from them last year. Two hours later they showed up at my house with cold pizza...I wrote them off. I ordered two pizzas last month. Two hours passed so I called them to find out the pizzas had not even been made yet so I canceled my order...I must be a glutton for punishment because I thought I would try Domino's... one... last... time. I called them and they placed me on hold for 20 minutes and that was enough of a reminder. How do they stay in business?? Who owns this joke of a place??? Never again!!

First and last time I'll go here. Went in one person was getting their order and turned walked out I step to the counter and the lady looked at me then walked to the back of the store and got on the phone. I could see my order sitting on the table ready to go, then the very rude dough "boy" came over and said "we just got a large order and we're not taking any more orders" then went over to his station and just started standing there, after a few minutes he turned and seen me still standing there and came back over again like he owns the place and said "I told you we just got a large order and we're not taking any more orders". That's when I told him that I have a order sitting there on the table ready to go and he needed to tell that lady to get off the phone and get back up here and check me out !!

I ordered my two medium pizzas and 32 parmasean bites online off their app. Fairly simple process with tons of customization so you can satisfy your particular tastes. The order can be tracked online easily. And it was ready to be picked up at the drive-thru window. I paid ahead of time ,so it was a breeze. The food was great, and when I checked my email later that night, I received a coupon for a free medium 2-topping " emergency." I would say that's how you do business right there, folks.

Wanted to order a pizza and looked at the hours of operation, the hours of operation stated until 1am. There’s nothing worse than having your set to get a pizza and when you get to the door before 1 am and the employee answers the door saying we are closed. I told her I saw where their hours say they are open until 1am and she looks at her watch and said well it’s 12:57. I understand people are ready to go home, but if the hours state until 1 then it should be 1. If not then maybe you should state hours of operation are 10am until whenever we decide to close. It’s stuff like this that causes people to go elsewhere for business.

Last hand tossed pizza I got there was crisp. Cant stand the phone system they have there. Probably wont be back
The pizza is good but the service is super slow and not great. In the drive thru I wanted over 10 minutes. The person at the window moved super slow.

Will never use again. When you call in your order you don't get the local Domino's. You get some idiot from outer space. Then the local Domino's doesn't know anything about your order. Third party ordering sucks. I can eat some where else. Hate this place

We ordered 3 pizzas with everything, 1 pepperoni and cheese and one cheese! Picked up and order was wrong, burnt and disgusting! We took them back and we’re told the order was right and they were not in the habit of giving free pizza. Firstly, it was not right and we weren’t asking for free pizza. We just wanted what we ordered and eatable! Will NOT be going back! Terrible customer service!
