Great place to stop for good coffee and snacks. Have yet to try the ice cream but sooner or later. Usually here at breakfast time. Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Easy on to 74/76 after leaving

Stopped this morning departing for a trip. We decided to go inside to order so we would not take up time in the drive thru lane. There were three people working and not a single one of them acknowledged us to say good morning, welcome or to take our order. Apparently to now you have to order from a screen with zero interaction from a human. We got our food, the coffee was good but loaded with grounds but the avocado toast and wake up wrap were pretty good. If this is what service is coming to these days I hope Dunkin’ pays well, we will not be back. We were in the resturant probably for 15 minutes and not a single word to us from a human and it was obvious the drive thru was the priority as when we entered we were the only customers in the store, and it took 15 minutes to get our food. While there another customer came in could manage the screen got zero help from the employees and then left. Recommendation: if you do not want to interact with people of provide customer service just lock the front door and do drive thru only.

We have been coming to this location the past 2 months spending $50 to $60 dollars a week and from day one we had a slite issue with the drive through female Jenna all because we got ice water and it had another flavor in it, so we asked for another water! I finally said its all good just give me a bottle water! Numerous times we have to say the same thing over and over at drive thru and all we request is scoops of ice-cream without a lid because when you pull it off it leaks on our clothes and inside the car, another time the ice-cream was literally running off the lid before we even got it handed to use out the window! Also on another visit the coffee was very bitter and no matter the sweetener it doesn't help so we just got stuck on ice-cream and that particular night the guy made it over and we just asked to get our money back. We continued going because we just wanted ice-cream without a lid (how can you mess that communication up) Tonight we went there and tried too get 2scoops of ice-cream without a lid....Jenna at the drive thru told us to pull around.....then stated her manager Mike Patel said not to serve yall! We thought it was a joke at 1st because we thought we had a great rapport with her because she usually after the 1st mishap got our order correctly each time....no she said that employees state we cause problems each time we come...wow...mind you...all we ask for is ice-cream without a lid!! These young folk are rude, no home training and we feel we were racially profiled now! Especially after reading so many bad Google Reviews.....but they still got served.....we were told we couldn't even place a order? Unbelievable!! We getting reprimanded because as a customer we have rights and if we request NO LIDS....what is the real issue?

The service and product is always pretty decent. One of the better Dunkins in terms of consistency. Not trying to embarrass anyone, but my issue is with the hygiene of one of the staff members in particular. Coming through the drive thru to get my order, I get a huge wave of armpit, and it invades the entirety of my car. To that extreme, it’s honestly kind of offensive. I don’t like whiffing it for two seconds in the drive thru, so I couldn’t imagine if I was a staff member and had to work with this individual all day. There are plenty of creative ways on Earth to offend people if that’s your prerogative—don’t let it be your stench that does all the work 🥴

Dirty floors and rude young staff. They bagged up my orders wrong and didn’t apologize. Luckily I checked in the store. Every time I went the employees were rude. Also, they deleted my last review for mentioning a delivery platform.

They don’t train new employees they just throw you out there and get mad at you when you don’t know what to do like it’s supposed to come to you naturally or something.

I had the drive thru guy argue with me. The drive thru menu didn’t show up and it was just the prior cars receipt for a solid 3 minutes. He came out and as soon as he was at my car it changed to the menu. He called me a liar. Embarrassing experience. Will not come here again.

This review was supposed to be for Monday August 11, 2025 I forgot to write it but I stopped by Dunkin’ in Whiteville with my pa and my husband early in the morning and had such a great experience! The girls working the counter did an awesome job with the drinks. Even when they didn’t have exactly what I originally asked for, they made sure I got something I would really enjoy. They were friendly, made conversation, and had my order ready quickly. I also really appreciate how they filled the drinks and coffee all the way to the top — no halfway cups here! Everything tasted so good, and the customer service was just as great. Definitely one of the best Dunkin’ visits I’ve had.

Go there. Ask their employees how they are treated and why they can’t keep staff. You will find some of the answers very interesting.
We stopped by to grab a light lunch, and were pleasantly surprised! The person serving us was very patient with our lengthy order. The donuts were fresh and light, neither dry or greasy. The old fashioned and blueberry are definitely the best. The hot coffee was nice, and the frozen coffee tasted great. The restroom was clean, except the doors were hard to open.
