The location was updated and modern with all the new branding. I had a great experience in the drive thru and the iced coffee tasted great. From the drive thru window, the establishment appears to be clean and kept with the ice cream and cakes available for purchase. I don't see those alot anymore.

My wife and I came in and ordered two of the newly advertised $6.00 breakfast combos including a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, some potato disks and either a hot coffee or an iced coffee. I asked about replacing the coffee with a small soda. But the girl behind the counter was adamant that there were "No Substitutions." So I ordered the regular coffee.
Now the coffee was just shy of boiling, so I was in for a temperature surprise. I took too big gulp and had to spit some out because of it's temperature. Once the coffee cooled down a little it was quite good. But that was way after the sandwich and potato discs were eaten. The sandwich has always been good, though this one was quite dry. I asked if I could get some mayo packets for both the sandwich and potatoes; but was informed that Dunkin only carried catsup.
The service was great, but I likely won't be back because of the little things described above. I will still shop there when I want a variety of donuts.

I was very excited for a Dunkin to be near by since Starbucks can be so expensive but I’m more and more disappointed with every coffee I get. The coffee is always bitter no matter how much sugar or flavor I add, i end up throwing it out not even half way through a medium because I just can’t stand the bitter taste. I’ve tried different coffees and flavors as well. Also, I want to order from the app so it’s ready when I get there but I can’t always customize it the way I want. I don’t like whip cream on my coffee but I do like cold foam and it isn’t even an options on the app, also some don’t let you change the milk used. I got a gift card for Christmas once I use it up I highly doubt I’ll be back.

I often frequent Dunkin’ Donuts in Raleigh NC. I Always get the same order, A very simple iced coffee, which is always delicious. Somehow, Whiteville managed to mess up the order and served me a very nasty, bitter coffee. They also gave plain bacon for the maple, snacking baking snack. They have lost a loyal customer

Went to get the new munchkin bucket and said I also wanted to get an order of 10 munchkins. Girl said that the bucket came with 50 and I told her it said online that I could get it empty if I wanted to. The bucket retails other locations for 2$ but I was charged 5$ for an empty bucket. It seemed like retaliation for just wanting the bucket and not 50 munchkins. She didn't even seem to know it could be done that way. Passive aggressive crew. Not impressed.

On 9/23/24 at lunchtime, whoever was working the drive through does not need to work with the public. He was the rudest person i think i’ve ever spoken to. He cut me off over and over saying “IS THAT IT?” after repeatedly being told no and that we weren’t done ordering (only trying to order three things). And to top it all off he said we couldn’t order avocado toast because they weren’t making food today. So, my 3 year old is now having a fit.🙂maybe hire people who can 1. speak english and 2. learn how to talk to people.

If I could leave half a star I would…… waited in line for 2 hours then tried to order but was told to wait a min and proceeded to seat there for 30 mins. Do not go there
Super clean and friendly atmosphere, there needs to be more workers. Especially during holiday weekends. 2 people with so many customers! Crazy but kudos to the workers there today; they are working hard!

Messed up super simple order and had to wait for 15 minutes to get it. No one checks on you while you’re waiting even though it’s not busy at all. It used to be very decent place but something has changed lately, I used to order here every time on the way to the beach and back, but won’t be ordering specifically at this location anymore

Service was terrible today. The guy that waited on us was not nice at all. He had no patience with the customers. Will be so glad when Starbucks opens. Service is extremely slow at the drive-through as well so if you’re in a hurry, leave early
