I was pulled up for 45 minutes waiting on my food while customers behind me were getting their food. It can’t be that hard to make a sausage and egg biscuit. The service was slow and my food came out cold when I finally got it.

Most unprofessional Hardee’s I have ever seen and most unprofessional job I’ve ever worked at! The general manager Greg is unprofessional and doesn’t care about his customers or employees and even said it out of his own mouth! He gives all his employees attitude, gives an attitude to customers, and gives an attitude to people that want an interview for such a short staffed place! He acts nice until you get in the door and then he treats you like you’re a piece of crap on the floor. I personally wouldn’t get food here because he offers such slow service and acts like he doesn’t know what he’s doing half the dang time then blames his employees and gets attitudes with them. When he demoted me because a temporary problem with childcare my fiancé went in to talk to him and he said in front of all his customers and employees that he doesn’t care about them. Don’t work here! And I don’t recommend eating here either.

Worst Hardee's experience ever. Took 30 mins to get thru drivethru and then the order was missing items and the food we received was not correct. Had to return for the rest of our order and no apologies for their mistake. Stay away from this place! Lots of improvements are needed.
