I just visited Jersey Mikes in Whiteville, NC. There were 3 young women there that made me feel at home the minute I walked in. So much so that I asked them to write their names down so I could let everyone know how good they are. They joked with me, were very attentive to what I wanted and made me feel like they had been waiting on me forever. I normally do not write reviews but you just don't find the treatment that I received much any more. THANK YOU LADIES

Wow! This team of employees where so nice and professional which is hard to find in a quick in and out place. There was a young lady as the manager I was surprised by the amount of please , thank you, and your welcome’s that were used between her and the other team members. The bread was fresh and the sandwich was great, and the location was clean! Well done !!!!!!

always a great choice for a delicious sub. I was a walk in, I could see that they had a slew of call in orders and online orders, they were quite busy. The crew here managed the pace vey well, I did not get ignored, nor was my sub rushed and they made sure to fit me in between all the other orders I saw tickets for. Thank you for the great sub and being attentive to your customers, great job!

When customers order for online pickup it's normally an indicator that they are in a rush. Especially on their lunch break. I came in to pickup my sandwich which was already in the bag. I asked the manager three times for my order and she refused to stop slicing meat long enough to just hand it to me. She kept telling me the girl in the back making everyones sandwiches would give it to me when she came back up front. Idk if she was having a bad day or what but to make me stand there for 5 minutes on a call in order that was already in the bag is beyond rude. Poor decision making and poor management. Will drive to lumberton from now on and tell all my guys on my jobs to do the same.
