Slow, got our order mixed up, no sweet tea, when I asked for sugar, was told they didn't have any! Chicken was soo greasy, horrible! WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN, KENTUCKY Colonel wud have a heart attack, STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

The second and last visit to this place. First time they got the order completely wrong, food tasted ok even though not what we had ordered. The last time today we went in instead of using the drive thru, 1/2 of the food on the menu wasn’t even available, the girl at the counter had such a miserable attitude that after getting our order and things were missing and her attitude sealing the deal I just asked for a refund, took the drink cups which we had been holding and stuck them back in to be handed out to the next customers and took the food and returned it to the warmers as well, completely disgusting and will absolutely NOT be going back ever. Brought these issues to the “ managers “ attention and her response was “ she’ll talk with her about that “. Lots of other places to go and eat in the area

I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up I was told that someone had already picked it up. I told the young guy that can't be because I just arrived, then I showed him proof of my receipt, online order, and that it said still in progress. He went to get the manager. She came to the window and said there was nothing she could do and we disagreed so there was a little back and forth about the order disappearing and my money. The manager said they put online orders on the rack on the counter for pickup and a person can just walk in and grab it, no proof needed. So, my husband said is that policy, to let someone random walk in and walk out with food without proving they paid for it. To this question, the same manager said yes, we don't check, we just put the food out. She did not want to make this right after asking her to pull the camera footage, showing her proof that it was my order, and being at the windows so long the cars behind us started blowing. In the end we told her we would call corporate or she could just make the order. She finally agreed to remake the order but what she gave me was not what I ordered. I guess that was done on purpose though, because there is no way she looked at that order for 10 minutes and then still got it wrong. Oh and the waffles were too hard to eat.
The cashier Kenyetta was nasty nd threw the food to me . No good manners . I will not be going back.
Me and my family ordered an 8ct chicken, and we received some undercooked pieces. I only took a picture of one, but there were a few. I am disappointed. The chicken was soggy instead of crunchy and very greasy.
Well it's cool I guess the food was really good the only problems I had is the cashier needs to speak louder and clearer so I can understand him instead of mumbling which he was a nice guy and things like that he just needs to talk up more louder and then it comes down to the side portions why am I spending $11 on a 3 peice chicken meal with a really small side and a medium drink the sides needs to be alot bigger how they used to come I did enjoy my meal though but their is a different option where you can get 3 peice combo in a box for $11 and 2 sides and a drink and you can get a 3 peice chicken combo for $11 with only one side and one drink I wanted the 3 peice combo in a box with 2 sides but instead I got the combo so yes please more better and clearer connection

I was in town visiting family so we decided to go to KFC. The service was great, restaurant was very clean and the food was good. The only thing that disappointed me was they didn't sell chicken livers at this location.
We were 15 mins away when we put the order online. Once we arrived, we were waiting for another 10-20 minutes for food, barely got any help from the employees, and they had the food packed and kept on looking at us not bringing us our food then finally bring it to the counter does something on computer then takes our drinks sits them on the pick up shelf and left food on counter I had to reach to get the bag and get the drinks she wouldn't hand us the food!!
We were in there prior to pick up a Uber order and they did the same thing. They have no initive about themselves!!
Went to the whiteville location at 8:45. Tried to order the hot honey combo. After a few minutes the cashier states that they are out of tenders for the night. Okay, but this location is open until 12. If you go after 5, they’re always out of the advertised special, no matter side you order, they always give you mashed potatoes. No silverware, no napkins. Why stay open past 5??
Told the lady at the window 3 times I don't want coleslaw and I want fries. She still gave me coleslaw.Look how idiotic can you be.
Went through the drive thru, 20 minutes later finally got my food after the order was mixed up. Still never got any sauce, napkins. Very poor service
