Stopped by McDonalds in North Whiteville to grab a burger to eat quickly.
I went thru the drive thru as I thought that it would be faster than going inside. There was only one car ahead of me in the outside lane. Once they completed their order and pulled up. I pulled up to the speaker, ready to place my order as I already knew what I wanted.
I proceeded to sit and wait for the employee to welcome me and ask me for my order for well over 5 minutes. The cars in the inside lane were apparently able to get their orders taken, as I watched about 3 of them pull up to their speaker and pull around shortly afterward.
I was finally greeted and asked what I would like to order, but not before others in line behind me were getting frustrated with me that I was taking so long to place my order.
As I pulled around to pay, I noticed that the first window you would normally pay at was unmanned, which explained why ordering took so long.
At the second window they cashier took my money and gave me my sandwich. I noticed that it looked like there were only 4 employees working on that shift.
I don't blame the employees for the delay but rather the management team for not having enough employees scheduled to satisfactorily cover the shift.
Hopefully, they will do better in the future.

Ladies room had no soap, no foot door opener. We used the kiosk and there was no, zero hand sanitizer on all 3 of them. Thankfully I carry hand sanitizer with me, but it made me wonder how many ladies that day used the ladies room and placed an order on one of the kiosks.

Ordered through DoorDash, not only did they forget to put half the order in the bag. Half of what was in the bag was wrong. Highly recommend skipping this McDonald’s.

It's a McDonald's...if you go inside, you will place your own order at a kiosk, but keep in mind the drive-through gets priority over the inside orders. The store was clean, and the food was as good as expected.

I ordered here and waited 46 minutes for my order to only have cold fries and a cold quarter pounder deluxe without lettuce or tomatoes just onion and mayonnaise and a over carbonated coke. WOW... REALLY.... Nonetheless, I will never order from here again.
My husband and I went in for a quick breakfast as we were traveling home. The air-conditioning was on in doors and it was 20 degrees outside. We had to wait 20+ min to receive our breakfast. Which when eaten was terrible. I asked them to make my iced coffee again as it was really dark and tasted like muck. When it came out the second time it was over creamed and neither of them had the Carmel in it. Really disappointed ☹️

After paying almost $18 for a Large McRib combo Large and 2nd McRib sandwich, then being denied my Large coke at the pickup window.... being cursed at by some back woods wannabe thug... never again. Absolutely disgusting. McRibs with no or very little barbecue cause on them and the Large fries, we look at The picture judge for yourself. Horrible

The last few times I’ve been there the orders have been wrong, a couple of the cashiers have been rude, I did curb side pick up tonight and I ordered at 5:46 and didn’t receive my order until 6:20. My fries are nuggets are cold like they’ve been sitting waiting to be brought out. I don’t think I’ll use this McDonald’s anymore. It’s just not worth it atm.
