Worst experience I've had at any Mcdonalds. Waited 30 mins for our food along with several other's. When I asked for the manger he wouldn't even look in our direct. When I finally attempted to eat my food there was hair in my fries and cheese burger. I have stopped at this location multiple times on my to Charlotte. Something has definitely changed.

Customer service has never been McDonald’s strong point, but it has gotten even worse since kiosk’s were installed. Definitely gotten to be a last Friday place to stop and eat.

French frys where cold order was also a20 piece nugget missing 1 nugget, to make matters worst I paid them with a 20 dollar bill and 61 in change for a order costing 11.61 my change was a 5 dollar bill and 4 dollars in random change , if I knew they didn't have change I would have used my cardwhen I said something they didn't give a crap w. Will never eat at. McDonald's again

My all-time favorite McDonald's. I stop here almost every time I'm on the way to the beach. The staff is always super friendly, with great energy, and the food is consistently good.

Stopped by McDonalds in North Whiteville to grab a burger to eat quickly.

I went thru the drive thru as I thought that it would be faster than going inside. There was only one car ahead of me in the outside lane. Once they completed their order and pulled up. I pulled up to the speaker, ready to place my order as I already knew what I wanted.

I proceeded to sit and wait for the employee to welcome me and ask me for my order for well over 5 minutes. The cars in the inside lane were apparently able to get their orders taken, as I watched about 3 of them pull up to their speaker and pull around shortly afterward.

I was finally greeted and asked what I would like to order, but not before others in line behind me were getting frustrated with me that I was taking so long to place my order.

As I pulled around to pay, I noticed that the first window you would normally pay at was unmanned, which explained why ordering took so long.

At the second window they cashier took my money and gave me my sandwich. I noticed that it looked like there were only 4 employees working on that shift.

I don't blame the employees for the delay but rather the management team for not having enough employees scheduled to satisfactorily cover the shift.

Hopefully, they will do better in the future.

Ladies room had no soap, no foot door opener. We used the kiosk and there was no, zero hand sanitizer on all 3 of them. Thankfully I carry hand sanitizer with me, but it made me wonder how many ladies that day used the ladies room and placed an order on one of the kiosks.

Ordered through DoorDash, not only did they forget to put half the order in the bag. Half of what was in the bag was wrong. Highly recommend skipping this McDonald’s.
