McDonald's people on south Whiteville side is so lazy this is why but I wanted a ice cream but I got my money back but they are so lazy that they didn’t fix my ice cream idk if they didn’t want to or they are just lazy to fix it but it’s crazy that I got a hot fudge sundae yesterday and the ice cream machine was working but they were too lazy to fix my ice cream that I paid for but I’m glad they did give me back my money

Management was the worst I ever seen. Not only did they mess up my order. They got mad when I asked them to fix it. The nasty attitude the manager had was disgusting. If my family hadn't been wanting for me to bring home the food I would've gotten a refund and left. I will be following up with the corporate office to inform them of that manager.

I'm giving 5 stars because it's not the businesses fault that their newer staff members "hope your milk shake tastes like Sh¡t" because they messed up the order and after waiting on it for 20 minutes, it had to be remade.I'm in here often, this is a recent issue.To the (younger) staff, we can hear you (and all the customer slanding) from all the way at the back door...To These New owners, you might want to secret shop your south Whiteville MCdonalds location, be (reasonably)difficult, see how your staff handles it.This would be a 1 start review if the previous owners didn't earn/build such a great customer relationship. That being said, if I over hear anymore interactions between the staff and customers like I did today, I'll up date this review to 1/5 stars as it should be.

I’d given 5 stars but I bragged on em then they screwed up my order 5 minutes later.
During my recent visit to your store, I noticed one of my favorite McDonald's employee wasn't there. So I asked what happened to Brittany. I was informed that she transferred to North Whiteville location.I ordered my normal breakfast. I was dining in. It seemed that everyone was having difficulties. It was very disorganized, and I watched the general manager standing not assisting, and talking very abrasive to her employees. I truly felt sorry for the staff.I'm going to miss Brittany. She always made my mornings with her smiling face and positive attitude.So I decided to go down to North Whiteville location for my breakfast. I had a very positive experience. I'm not saying that I won't eat from here. Just amazing to see how one person can make such a huge impact on your visit. Sad to see her go...Good luck Brittany!!
The way the cars pull in and drive is ridiculous..all for that miserable food....Parking: People be taking up two parking areas...and the employees don't be knowing what's going on...
