Pizzahut in whiteville was a bad experience, they mess my order up I waited for 45mins and that order was messed up. waited 45 minutes again Managers was nice except for one cashier that though she was the manager. This was very disappointing am not ordering nothing from whiteville Pizzahut again.

that service was so bad i had to come back twice to get my food cause the first time the didn’t have it ready and the second time the lady said it still wasn’t ready and it’s been longer than an hour i think they forgot my order or something cause she told me to park and she’ll bring my food out and yet nothing came and the total was 52 dollars just for the wings and pizza and they couldn’t even get me good service i do not recommend ordering take out if you wanna wait an hour

I placed a order through the app like I have many times before. It took them an hour past the estimated time to even get the pizzas out to the door dash driver. When my order arrives an hour and a half later they didn't send my two 2 liter drinks I ordered. So I called when a male answered the phone I couldn't understand a word he was saying he didn't apologize for not sending the drinks etc. It's just two 2 liters and as of 10pm I'm still waiting on them the delivery driver is waiting for pizza hut to hand him two drinks and they have been preparing the two drinks for over an hour now. I will not be ordering anything else from there. I spend too much money with them to have to wait an hour amd a half for 2 drinks. They usually do pretty good getting deliveries out but they never get the orders right and then tonight waiting over an hour yo get 2 2liter drinks is just ridiculous. Northern driver has to waste gas etc to bring the two drinks due to pizza huts mistake.

There was only one server who was the hostess, waitress, and the one who checked everyone out. We ordered a cheese pizza but got a pepperoni pizza. She offered to remake it, but we didn't want to wait any longer. We didn't have to wait to get a table. However, we did have to wait for our drinks and food.

I love pizza hut when I can sit down inside and fellowship with my friends and eat great food. Wish they had more sit down pizza. Hut near me in,leland nc have to drive a hour to get pizza I like and not having to take it home to eat

People wait for anywhere from 20minutes to an hour for their order—even though they show up at the time food is supposed to be ready! If someone shows up and food isn’t done—have them wait (in store) or park (in car)! Other people in line shouldn’t have to wait for their already ready food because you don’t know how to move the line along. This isn’t new—lots of stores have a place for people to wait while their food is getting ready so they can serve people with food already ready.

First time to this pizza hut. There were no plates on the buffet.Had to ask for them and had to ask for the silverware. Was not offered a menu and presumed buffet was the only option. The selection left a lot to be desired.

Was the worst ever, ordered a ultimate supreme, didn't have pepperoni,so substitute with extra cheese, I get home and have a cheese pizza, was in hold for 25 minutes, then called back 3 times hung up on, finally talked to someone they was the rudest person in the world, said would credit to an account, witch I doubt will happen, I will never go back again, the cheese pizza has no sauce and very little cheese,

We had a birthday party, and they had overbooked. Furthermore, it took us over 1 hour and 1/2 just to get pizza. Other people were also waiting for 1/2 hour for pizza.

For the third time I had to wait for over an hour before they could even “find” my order. Some people there were waiting for over 2 hours. The manager while there was 6 people waiting just walked out so she could go text on her phone (she openly said she was walking outside to be on her phone) only 1 people decided to help me and it wasn’t even the one who was supposed to help. I had ordered my food an hour before this as well. Just a warning. I’d call before going to make sure they will have your order ready. Also they were rushing and trying to get the drive thru done so they can leave before closing time actually was
