The food was really yummy, I got a Italian slugger in a sub cause you can also get it as a salad. It was tasty! The fries were really good I enjoy a good waffle fry but you can also get chips. Lady at front was really nice and helpful and really pretty. I admire that the whole place looks like an old fashioned dinner and it's very peaceful while I eat and laugh with my mom and brother. Cheap prices as well, very worth it.

They Forgot the fries, we weren’t allowed to pay with a large bill.. person at front taking order was curt and rude and had ear buds in the whole time! I felt like we were an inconvenience honestly.Atmosphere was cool. Liked all the memorabilia and photos.WouldLove to try again maybe at a different time of day.

We ordered food from Slugger's for the first time today. It was delicious!! Nice, friendly service. Beats Subway hands down. The bread was not soggy. The toppings (veggies) were fresh. Amazing subs!! We will definitely be back!!

First time eating here today. I had the philly cheese sub. Well, two of them, I figured at $7.95, I’d need 2 to fill my large appetite. I love good food. I’m 210 lbs and only nibble on snacks during the day at work so I can pack it down at supper time. The size SURPRISED me though. Nice, thick subs with lots of meat! I’ve gotta say, it’s so hard to find good, quality food these days, anywhere. Sluggers Deli, you knocked it way out of the park, no pun intended. Lol. I’d recommend anyone who loves good food at good prices to eat here….DELICIOUS.
Wrong...wrong bread for sub. And roast beef was dry and tough. Was really wishing the place was gonna be good.

Good food. Just will neve they a order right. I mean never. You asked for oil and vinegar on the side. They just give u cup and continue to put it all over. So it's mush by the time it's gets to you. That's the most common request for a sub place. It's common sense for to go orders ..great owner and food. Just the worst service ever. I would eat there every day if they would just get it right.

We were driving back from the beach to Ft. Bragg when we stopped for lunch at Sluggers' Deli. Everything here was exceptional. We split a foot-long cheesesteak and it was so big that we took half of it home. And the homemade chips were amazing. However, what stands out the most is the service. Even as out-of-towners we were made to feel so welcome and the military discount was very appreciated. Whiteville has a true gem in this place.
