Don’t waste your time going in there. There’s a girl that turns down customers because she’s to lazy to make a sandwich

The guy making sandwiches had an earbud in and was not paying attention. I very clearly and loudly said “wrap” for my bread choice, not flatbread, but he heard my sister in law very quietly say “Italian Herb and Cheese”. He then continues to try to put tomato instead of spinach on her sandwich as she said it, along with bellpeppers instead of cucumbers. I was charged extra for the flatbread and realized too late. I really shouldnt have left a tip because this was ridiculous. He also had to ring it in twice because he ran it as cash the first time. We also didnt eat in, we took our stuff to go, hence why I didnt realize what I was charged for til it was too late, and it seemed like he was trying to hide my food til we paid.

Ok so I usually get a tuna and when I get my tuna home, it was inedible. WTH?!?!? Did you have to empty ALL the salt onto my sandwich?!?!? I know I should have driven back but I was too lazy. The garbage can was easier to get to. What’s with the quality of workers in Whiteville?!?!? They’re with rude, don’t speak English or can’t follow directions.

The employee was just plain rude.She assume I wanted a subway.She had the door to the bread already open and when I said I wanted a protein bowl she actually slammed the door(I kinda laughed)This was 10/26 AT 1:20PM I hope management sees this and address the young lady.

Way too much sauce and it looks like our subs were just stuffed without really thinking how tf we were supposed to hold it without everything falling out could hardly even tell what was in the first one?

Worst subway location in our town. My husband and I ordered 2 subs from the app to the 110 columbus corners location, to arrive and find one in a bag & the employee telling us "they were out of steak so they sent the other half of the order to another store." We go to the other location and the manager informed us they couldnt have sent an order to them. After the manager called the other location and then her superior, they fully remade our order. I want to thank those 2 managers for their help and professionalism; I will defintely deal with walmart traffic and bustle to ensure proper service and product in the future!
Good fast food. Some friendly staff. My son loves the pizza. My dad loves the turkey sub. The new power bowl is really good and a lot of food.
Stopped in to get a sandwich. Out of Roast Beef. Ordered a club (minus the roast beef). Got home to find that the club had just 2 slices of meat, very little lettuce, no oil and vinegar or mayo. It was the saddest looking sandwich I have ever seen. The bread was dry. It’s been awhile since I used this subway. I guarantee it will be my last visit. Y’all can do better if you just put a little effort into serving your customers.
