The guy making sandwiches had an earbud in and was not paying attention. I very clearly and loudly said “wrap” for my bread choice, not flatbread, but he heard my sister in law very quietly say “Italian Herb and Cheese”. He then continues to try to put tomato instead of spinach on her sandwich as she said it, along with bellpeppers instead of cucumbers. I was charged extra for the flatbread and realized too late. I really shouldnt have left a tip because this was ridiculous....
Sandwich Artist for late afternoon visit was great. Fun friendly and offered suggestions since 1st choice sold out at lunch rush. Was nice to see younger generation be so patient with an older (extremely detailed) person placing an order.
