The last time I came here was over a year ago and I swore I’d NEVER be back (yes it was that bad). When you place an order in the app and specifically say it’s to be made immediately…then you go inside and sit in the dining room looking straight at the staff (and they continue to look at you), for OVER an hour, wondering why it’s taking so long to make 24 tacos 🤯. Yes there’s a problem here. To top it off the manager said that I could NOT get my money back because I placed the order online and he didn’t know how do that. 😡 really? The manager himself doesn’t know how to give a refund or a good reason why they kept looking at me sitting there watching them but didn’t bother to make my order OR ask me about my order. YES THEY NEEDED A STAFF CHANGE!
TODAY: TOTALLY different opposite experience. The ladies were so thoughtful and nice about everything. The woman making my hard shell tacos actually threw out the ones already broken. 🥰 I thanked her in person, but wanted to say again, THANK YOU for taking that split second and being thoughtful in doing that. Little things like that mean a lot to me. It’s a simple thing to do, and it doesn’t cost anything, but it makes a world of difference when you’re driving and trying to eat at the same time. Also, the same woman saw I was struggling with the boxes I had and offered me big plastic bags for easier toting. THANK YOU SWEET! I didn’t drop my entire order going in my house because of your thoughtfulness. My order was made hot, fresh, CORRECTLY (which this store has struggled with in the past), and a staff member also offered to help me carry my order to my truck. 🥰😍. The restaurant was clean and there was a couple of teenagers that were being extremely loud and disruptive and they didn’t hesitate in asking them to be quieter for other customers. THANK YOU!!!!

I did not like not having a person to take my order. My food was not good. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. I must say that the employees were very nice.

I only go inside to get packages of sauce since they put in a kiosk for ordering. The drive through is where I go. I order the same everytime 5 soft tacos. I use to order the supreme soft tacos, but they can't manage to put the sour cream across the taco only on one end so I can finger spread it later. The people inside are worked to death, but they are always nice. It pays to be polite to the cashier while on speaker, because the cashier is the one who makes my drink. I'd rather have soda with some ice than ice with some soda.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is hell trying to get inside with a wheelchair. The door isn't automatic and it will beat my arms off trying to get my cousin inside.

I used to like eating in this place but now their food is very bad, bad service, the workers may be friendly but the food is sometimes not like one. I could today my tacos were tayudos as if they were sold

Used To Be good past 2 years it has been bad. Zero care given to cooking the quesadillas are almost always burned. They always forget sauce sides and then act like you are lying when you say it's not in the bag.
