We were driving through on our way home and this Taco Bell was near our exit. None of the lights were on and we thought they were closed. We saw people coming out so we stopped and ordered our food. We ordered four taco Supremes. When we got them, they were on White tortillas. I've never ordered a taco supreme and gotten it on a white tortilla without asking. When we opened them they were a slopping wet mess. I don't get Taco Bell very often because we don't have one where we live, and I was very disappointed.
Came thru the drive thru had ordered a burrito with no sauce. I was given 1 with sauce called took 12 calls to get ahold of someone the manager kept answering and hanging up. She was rude and unprofessional. She was a younger black woman with bad lashes. I simply wanted it remade in a timely manner since I had to turn around half way to work.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered food from this particular Taco Bell at the drive through I get asked “Is the order correct on the screen” and I say yes. But when I get down the road and look in the bag the food that’s in the bag is not correct.. So I always verify the receipt matches what was on the screen (when I ordered) and it does..I’m ok with mistakes we’re all human but 3 times in a row is a lil ridiculous.

I ordered from this location yesterday and should have brought the food back in. Not only was the food overcooked and slopped into a wrapper like it was dropped on the floor and kicked around for fun. It tasted horrible and I started feeling sick within minutes. Come to find out I got Norovirus. Go ahead and research how that is spread. It was the only thing I had to eat all day so there is no question where the illness came from. I will never eat here again. What a shame that the employees apparently don't know proper, simple hygiene.

I'm so disappointed. I've been going here for a while and it's gotten so bad . Place was disgusting inside we were there for at least 30 minutes they were not busy staff was goofing off lobby was nasty trash everywhere

I ordered an item directly from the app only to be told that they didn't have all of the ingredients since it was a new item. Having worked in restaurants before, I get it. But as the customer, if something is on the menu, it should be available to be ordered.

Absolutely no one other customers at the store. As we pull in an employee is standing at the door smoking. We walk thur the smoke and make it to the rest rooms which were nasty. Then I walk to the counter to order and was told, you have to order at the kiosk. I asked even if that meant I was leaving and she said yes. Said management was ok with that. So I left and spent my $30 at cookout.

HALLELUJAH!!! They have changed the staff!
The last time I came here was over a year ago and I swore I’d NEVER be back (yes it was that bad). When you place an order in the app and specifically say it’s to be made immediately…then you go inside and sit in the dining room looking straight at the staff (and they continue to look at you), for OVER an hour, wondering why it’s taking so long to make 24 tacos 🤯. Yes there’s a problem here. To top it off the manager said that I could NOT get my money back because I placed the order online and he didn’t know how do that. 😡 really? The manager himself doesn’t know how to give a refund or a good reason why they kept looking at me sitting there watching them but didn’t bother to make my order OR ask me about my order. YES THEY NEEDED A STAFF CHANGE!

TOTALLY different opposite experience. The ladies were so thoughtful and nice about everything. The woman making my hard shell tacos actually threw out the ones already broken. 🥰 I thanked her in person, but wanted to say again, THANK YOU for taking that split second and being thoughtful in doing that. Little things like that mean a lot to me. It’s a simple thing to do, and it doesn’t cost anything, but it makes a world of difference when you’re driving and trying to eat at the same time. Also, the same woman saw I was struggling with the boxes I had and offered me big plastic bags for easier toting. THANK YOU SWEET! I didn’t drop my entire order going in my house because of your thoughtfulness. My order was made hot, fresh, CORRECTLY (which this store has struggled with in the past), and a staff member also offered to help me carry my order to my truck. 🥰😍. The restaurant was clean and there was a couple of teenagers that were being extremely loud and disruptive and they didn’t hesitate in asking them to be quieter for other customers. THANK YOU!!!!

I was given a soft taco the diameter of a fruit roll up. It was so miniscule it was insulting. Do not recommend.
