No one to take your order the people that were there were more concerned with each others lives than preparing the food was given the wrong order and the part of my other order wrong when I asked them about it she seemed like I had ruined her day anyway I don’t plan on going back to this Taco Bell unless changes are made

I think this store needs new management and employees. Tell me why they don't use the register instead of a computer screen. Some people don't evy know how to use it. Until you get better management that store will never make it. So that is why I don't go there. I heard a lot of people talking about how bad the store was. So I don't know when I will be going back.

This Taco Bell needs to be closed down. The management is awful. The staff is just as bad. The employees are clearly a reflection of their poor management. They make all kinds of excuses why food is made sloppy and delayed. If they can keep their workers off their personal cellphones and they work like they came there to do; maybe the service will slightly improve ( doubt it ). Taco Bell, KFC and Wendy’s I think are ran by the same people ; they are the worse.

Just terrible. I ordered 3 chalupas at the drive thru and 2 cheesy potatoes, asked for mild sauce. Got home about 4 miles away, dug down in the bag, ONE DAMN PACK of mild sauce. Also, the chalupas had no crunchy taco. Neither one!!! Pitiful, just pitiful…Wish I could give NO STARS! Taco Bell, you suck like ALL the rest…

The worst. Service ever. Set in line while staff had doors to building locked and while having a party. Employees were observed with other food at work stations and lounging around while customers set waiting on food. Observed several persons back in food stations that obviously weren’t working with the way they were dressed. Observed employees with pants hanging down showing their underwear. Hope owner knows how much money they’re losing due to managers and employees. Food was disgusting. Won’t ever eat there again.
My food was horrible it tasted funny. I wasted 8.58 on a nasty shredded beef taco??the chips even tasted funny no more taco bell for me

This has been my worst experience in a taco bell!!! Made a mobile order from my home and when I got to the store my food still wasn't ready. So my boyfriend and I went to food lion across the street to pick up anything else we need before returning to the restaurant for our mobile order. 45 minutes has passed and our order was still not ready. I will say out of my 13 years of customer service experience this was the worst. Employees playing in the parking lot on the clock. Not listening to directions from the manger on duty. The manger on duty not taking the responsibility to ensure that his employees are providing great customer service or taking control over his duties as management!!

It's Taco Bell. If you can get an employee that doesn't have an attitude, and there a few there, it's fine. It's not the same inexpensive place that got me thru college, but it's consistently good. Everything is expensive now so it's in higher prices In proportion with the with other fast food restaurants price hikes.

Used the kiosk to order, was not excited about that. Did not like touching the screen after so many other people had. Our food was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining area needed to be cleaned.
