I ordered the strawberry vanilla frosty and was thoroughly disappointed. It looks NOTHING like the picture. I had to ask if it was melted. AND it was more than $3. The taste is bland. I'm expecting the picture in the window and a spoon and got something I can drink with a straw.

only in the morning and afternoon is service great. I find after 8 it's all down hill sat the the drive thru last night for like 15 minutes waiting for them to take my order. got tired of waiting and left

We went to Wendy's today for the first time since covid and we ordered a big bag and int was 1 jbc and a drink, and the man in the booth next to us ask if we got his grilled chicken and we had been given his chicken pieces. We gave them to him after we were trying to think what it was. Then we looked at our recept to see what was in the biggie bag in case it had been changed since we had,nt been there in a long time and it said the bag had a jbc and a drink and fries and nuggets.we didn't get nuggets or fries or even the sauce we were told we,d get. We will never go to a Wendy's ever again.

At 10:20 told me they were in process of switching from breakfast to lunch. We asked what they were serving, breakfast or lunch- they said neither unless we want to order lunch and then wait 10 minutes foe them to start it.

Ok first off lets start with the floors, they were super sticky, something dripping from the ceiling and creating a big puddle my grandmother almost slipper on with her WALKER. The kitchen looked and smelled awful! The worker did not look up to code or sanitary!

It literally took 10 minutes to get two sandwiches. The Baconator fries were swimming in grease. And oddly enough there was a advertisement for a sandwich on the counter by the register that they didn't have???
