It’s just disappointing to pay around $15 for this.i can’t seem to add a photo but I got the four tinder plate with Cajun fries and got no seasoning and four tiny tinders.

Ordered a big Zax plate - girl at driver thru asked me to hold on and then forgot about me. Placed my order- out of Diet Coke, chicken tenders were more like chicken nuggets, there were literally 4 full
Size French fries and 6 half size fries, chicken was rubbery and the bread was cold. When is Raise’n Canes opening? It’s amazing to me that Zaxby’s corporate office allows, franchisees, and restaurants like this to continuously damage their brand

After Spending almost $30 you would think you wouldn't be treated Rude at the drive thru. I ordered 3 plates of chicken fingers,the chicken was so small and about 10 fries and cold bread on all three plates except one plate only had 2 chicken fingers. The last time I stopped there,I told myself id not go back but I did. So this time I mean its the very last time I spend my hard earned money at this Zaxbys in Whiteville. Everyone should go elsewhere.

Ordered and when I got home and open the plate this is what it looked like. They had slaw on the bottom then fries then more slaw on the top. A waste of money and time and whoever done it should be fired on the spot and lacks common sense

SERVICE!SERVICE SERVICE!!!! SUCKS!!!.. I did an online order of 2 SALADS.. A SALAD mind you. In the Luxury of my home. I was gunna have it delivered but it was going to take 33 min. And I only stay 5 min from the restraunt. From the time I place the order get to the restaurant it had been 20 min. Go through the drive thru let them know I had an online order. The guy proceeded to tell me to pull forward and park in a parking spot. I instead pull up to the window. 5!!!! People were in the drive thru area, one was sitting down. The same guy said pull in a parking spot. I looked at each and every person just standing minus one sitting.and counted.. Rediculous!!!. Pulled into the parking spot and still sit there nearly 10 minutes. The food was suppose to brought to me but I walked inside and the same guy picked my food up and handed it to me. Without my drink. I walked back to the counter and had to ask for my drink. Ridiculous!!! Where it the expedition of FAST FOOD ANYMORE.. AND THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOU. I'VE WORKED IT SO I KNOW HOW TO TO HUSTLE IN FAST FOOD. But I guess today's managers are as soft as the parents that raised these kids. BTW.. My toast on both salads wasn't hot. Cold as the salad itself. I said the last time was my last at Whiteville Zaxbys but I gave them one more shot. But now I'm done. Maybe someone can look at the schedule and see who was working on this date. 7/29/2025 this 7:00pm.. And help it make sense why it took over 30 minute at the least for me to get my ONLINE order. The picture listed is what I get when I try to email. This is what they are sending to everyone that complains.. Will not go through!!!

The worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. It took over 23 minutes to get my food once I reached the drive thru window. I only ordered two things. Employees were busy talking amongst themselves instead of waiting on customers. After waiting so long my food was still incorrect and I had to go back. Inside was a dirty mess. Rude employees. one girl had long braids hanging down, swaying all over the place. Why isn't she made to wear a hair net or at least tie it up. Nasty!! Where is the health inspector? If you are the owner of this location and care about it at all, everyone needs fired!! Do not eat here if you have any standards at all.

I usually love zaxbys but its exspensive so its more of a treat for us so its rare we come. This visit i was so very disappointed. Their was a rather rude lady that seemed to be a team lead we got our food and we were both missing a tender from our trays i went back up to politely ask for them as i paid for the 5 finger plates not the 4 which is a dollar less thn i paid i was met with a bad attitude her saying oh good lord then turning to the kitchen and being rude and telling them very loudly even though we were the only ones there that someone didnt get two tenders in their plate so i need those . She was so rude the other lady gave us cookies to make up for it but it left a bad taste in my mouth as someone that also works fast food .will not be back anytime soon . I feel bad for the team members if shes a team lead
