Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I order a wings and things meal Large (which suppose to have extra fries inside) and i got an extra large fry on the side... tell me why I had 6 fries in the box and 8 fries in the extra large box!!!

Visited whiteville NC location today and very disappointed. Ticket AAA5WMH4AJAJ. Upon arrival, the cashier ignored two large groups waiting to order without acknowledgment. When finally started taking orders had to leave the counter to get cups extending again our wait. When our turn came, I ordered the Cajun club that was featured on a sign in the dining room. I was told it was not available and I commented they should take their sign down. The cashier advised it was not her sign. While waiting on my food, a family placed an order and realized they did not have their payment card and cancelled their order. The cashier began putting on a show how the family had wasted her time and that was not her job. The worst professionalism I have witnessed in a long time. Have no plan to return.

This was my very 1st visit to any Zaxbys. It was horrible. I went to the drive thru. Which was a long line that thought was a sign of good quality. I was wrong it was a sign of horrible and slow service. Idk if they were short staffed but it was a mess. Sourhen hospitality does not exist they took my order with an attitude. Didn't apologize about the long wait then had me sit at the window waiting longer. Once I got my food the window closed and the person was gone. I couldn't leave because I hadn't gotten my drink. I looked up and the person who gave me my food was outside with another employee delivering food to another waiting car. Once I was able to let them know I hadn't gotten my drink. It was handed to me and I was immediately asked to move so the next person could be served. This was a horrible experience and I will not be back....at least never to this location

Waited for 20 minutes and missing items that I have purchased in my MrBeast box and their new fried cheesecake no strawberry sauce and no MrBeast bar for my food. While I was there every car that pulled into the drive-through had to pull over and wait for their food. Pure ridiculousness at this establishment. Corporate needs to find new managers. Every time I go to that location it’s like that. I go to other Zaxby’s locations and the food is always good and service is quick.
