I don't know why the chicken biscuits are stringy inside of it. Sometimes they are good but most times like today they are just very stringy and hard to bite. Nice and clean place and the people are nice more than not. I'll try the chicken biscuit one more time and see

I recently stopped by Biscuitville and decided to try their chocolate croissant. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I bit into it, the dough was clearly raw and undercooked. I brought it to the cashier’s attention, and he told me it was “supposed to be like that” and that he eats one every day. Honestly, I should’ve told him to try the one they served me, because it was definitely not right. They did refund my money, which I appreciate, but it’s not okay to dismiss a clear mistake instead of addressing it properly. Definitely not the experience I expected.

First time at this particular buscuitville. Got my order to go. Little dissapointed to see that my and my families order was missing all condiments and silverware. Pancakes need syrup, that should be obvious. Never really had that problem in new bern. So check your bags at this one, they will let you down.
The staff is always pleasant when i visit the location. I have never dined inside but this location always appears to be pretty clean and has a good sanitation score. The drive through is usually really quick. I love the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and really enjoy the grits. Never had a bad item from here .
