The tables and floors are always dirty. Once you get your food, and get to the table most of the time you find yourself cleaning the tables and chairs before you can sit down. SHM. But the food is always mediocre

Absolutely nastiest fast food restaurant. Drink machine was not working properly, and when I asked for napkins since there weren't any in the holders, the girl walked to the back and came back and said they didn't have any. No clean tables, crumbs on tables, spoons and forks on the ground. While I was waiting for food, a man asked to speak to the manager about how dirty the bathrooms were. When he told her, she just said OK. Glad this isn't my local Bo, steer clear of this one. Plenty of other nearby places to eat

So frustrated that a $10 supreme combo at 11am was not up to par. The chicken was dry and hard and the fries were not fresh. The biscuit however was great. I couldn't choke down half of the meal bc it was so dry. If you can't get fresh lunch at 11 am, that's an issue. Judging by the amount of negative reviews on here, where is the DM to fix these issues?

We had a few bad experiences here in the past so we should have known..but....we got an order yesterday afternoon. Worse chicken I have ever tasted. Taste like the oil hasn't been changed in a long time. The fries were hard and the rice taste like vomit. We call the manager, they said there wasn't anything they can do expect to give us the chicken tenders that we never received. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE. CALLING CORPORATE IN THE MORNING.

Nastiest bathrooms I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. The Floors looked unswept for weeks. Toilet paper out in one stall. The dinning are looked like the night shift skipped out on their duties. I was there at 9:30 am on a Sunday. On a good note, the food was hot and tasted good and soda was awesome.

Worst Bojangles I've ever encountered. Franchise owner and manager should move on. They don't belong in the fast food industry, or anywhere near it.
Dirty tables and restrooms. Cash only. Long food wait. Undercooked chicken sandwich I tossed. No self serve ice tea. Untrained staff.
Note, have visited here routinely on road trips. This was the last time until changes take place.
Arrived at 2:00 PM on a mild fall Saturday. The dining room was empty, yet every table had food crumbs on it. The tea that was spilled at the drink station had dried to leave a stain. No one greeted us and we stood at the register for a while until an employee came over to take our order. The napkin containers were empty. But the food was still pretty good.

I honestly do not see how this location turns much of a profit; the service here is consistently slow and careless; no sense of urgency or concern on part of staff; dirty store in general, long wait times for primary food choices that should not take this long to prepare; nice people, but many don’t seem to be very well trained; which maybe accounts for a lot of the issues; the biscuitville around the corner has 3 times the business and half the wait time; I would avoid this location if at all possible and keep driving a few exits; I know how it is to need a chicken biscuit , but if you stop at this location, more than likely you will be waiting a good bit.

The best biscuits in the Stoney Creek area. Friendly employees and fast service. Edit: September 23,2023. Greasy biscuits, rude employee,was told only sides available with biscuits is Bo Rounds or fries. Ordered 2 Boberry biscuits but was told Bojangles no longer sells them. Owner of this location needs to take it off the menu board.

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting to Order after they opened and no one came. If the store isn’t functional until later, please update the daggon hours of operation.
