Everything about this Chick Fil A is abysmal and has been since the day it came here. I thought chick fil a was supposed to be a cut above the rest in quality. I waited in line for 25 mins at the end of the night for my food just for them to give me the wrong order. I flagged down multiple people to get there attention(one of which acknowledged me and then just walked off and never came back) when I finally did get someone attention they take the food back only to come back minutes later to say that they can’t remake my order because the kitchen was closed. This is totally unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly speaking inexcusable.

As I'm sure with any Chick-fil-A built in a small town, we were super excited to have this establishment. I'm not sure why they still can't quite hit the mark as other Chick-fil-A restaurants. We frequent this one at least once a week and have only literally once ever had our order correct when we order on the app and scan in the restaurant. Of course being in the restaurant they fix the problem quickly. If it is happening inside I'm assuming it also happens through the drive-thru quite frequently and that would be more frustrating because you would not be able to get it fixed quickly. Something is lacking in the system or training where something is always missing or inaccurate. As far as the drive-thru I don't have any issues with the lines being long but the line still seem to take longer than necessary for a fast food establishment. Using the mobile app to pre-order does not make it any faster. But again it's Chick-fil-A, where everyone is super nice and the food is most of the time hot and fresh, but for some reason, corporate still really needs to come in and refresh or retrain for efficiency and accuracy to be living up to the well known Chick-fil-A standards.

I took my 18 month old daughter to dine in this afternoon (we frequently do mobile thru and never have a complaint) but I am trying to teach my daughter how to behave in a restaurant.
As most parents, I was trying to be conscious of her noise and mess so as to not disturb the other customers dining. Leslie saw me trying to clean up, and told me that I shouldn’t be doing that and she was happy to do it once we were finished. Of course, I insisted but the interaction was very kind.
A few minutes later, Leslie returned with a small gift for my daughter and it absolutely made both of our days!! There was no long conversation beforehand, or much interaction, just a very kind woman who took the opportunity to make our days better. Leslie is the epitome of a good, hard-working, compassionate employee and CFA is lucky to have her!!
Honorable mention to the employees working the register as well. I did not get their name but their kindness was appreciated just as much.

Been to this location many times and they have never ever gotten a whole order right yet. Always missing at least one of the things I ordered or gave me the wrong drink. This time they forgot one my chicken sandwich for my chicken sandwich meal, burnt the coffee, got a frozen chicken Noodle soup and they refuse to refund me. I can apparently burn my gas to go back up there for a sorry sandwich that would probably be cold or half rotten. No survey on the receipt. This is the sorriest chickfila establishment in nc. Pathetic.
