I placed an order online tonight and did not receive my order when the app said it had been delivered. I called the store and realized it was delivered to the wrong address. When I first go into the app my correct address is listed. I did not edit any information on my profile except the phone number. I was told there was nothing they could do. I am wondering if someone in the store changed the address.

Store is pretty decent , I have waited for my food longer than a reasonable amount of time more than a few times and once I waited 3 hours but usually decent time decent food worth utilizing.

Sabrina conved the discussion with a high level of professionalism and offered sincere apologies. However, the management, whose name I believe was Jessica, demonstrated a reluctance to engage in phone conversations to correct the issue and requires substantial improvement in her management capabilities. Prolonged discussions between employees and customers are counterproductive. She should proactively address issues directly and with professionalism. Providing her with additional training in customer service and employee management could significantly improve her management skills and this locations productivity.

Waited an hour for a delivery that was quoted at 25-30 minutes; when I called they said another 10 minutes. Thought 1) why would I want a pizza that’s been driving around for 45 minutes. Thought 2) if you don’t have enough drivers quite the actual delivery time

I walked in to pick up my order and a very sweet young lady Sara was working very hard and still gave great customer service even after all the late night orders. I myself work in fast food so I understand the stress it can cause but she didn’t hesitate to make sure I was satisfied with my order!

Husband went to pick up our online order got home there were no garlic dipping sauces nor was there a label on the box to show what was supposed to be in it. That's poor on you Domino's.

Have had pizza from here for years as my workplace orders here perpetually for numerous reasons. Have also done their carryout special a few times.
Decent pizza and probably my favorite of the big three pizza chains. The crust and sauce are good.
Domino's offered me a free pizza due to the delivery wasn't up to THEIR standards. I refuse their offer. It wasn't Brian's fault he had to keep turning around. We had bad weather and I held off as long as possible before placing the order. I'm thankful he arrived safely to my house. I hope he arrived back to to the store safely.

$60 Order, delivery driver got within less than a minute away and returned to the store for no reason. Took over an hr to get order delivered and when I called the store the girl laughed after she asked if the driver didn't deliver my order. I do not appreciate poor customer service especially after being charged $5 delivery charge and tipped an additional $8 on my card before the delivery. You just lost my business!!!!!

They delivered my order to the wrong address and when they redelivered the order was wrong. I called back and asked them to deliver a 3rd time so instead they left me on hold for a half hour until the store closed. They never came back to phone I hung up once I realized they had closed. I reported them to corporate. I ordered a New York style medium pizza and this is what I got instead after they redelivered. This is hand tossed. The person that made it wanted to argue about the pizza. She’s the one that left me on hold and never came back.

Sadly. My reason is just the same as every complaint on this business review. Iordered at 7:19pm and I called around 8:30pm and they said it's not ready, I have to wait 30 more minutes unless I come pick it up. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I'm pregnant and ordering to deliver was my best option and to see how careless they were about my order. I don't need an apology like every single response Dominoes has given. Just do better, hire more people or don't give false timing for delivery or even a delivery option. Still waiting for my food...
