This is ridiculous I ordered a pizza to pick up at the store 40 Mins ago and I'm still waiting. Last time I'm buying I'm this location, worst experience ever

I placed order inside store and they say 20 minutes so I go back in 20 minutes later said not ready so I waited and my 2 medium pizza were ready in the timeline but my wings wasn't had 2 wait 40 minutes altogether I really think they gave my wings 2 some other person I asked since I had 2 wait 40 minutes could they at least do something they say no we're busy so I my pizza was cold the wings were just cooked and the lady couldn't even come to the conter to talk to she stood over to the side I'm sorry bur that's bad customer service they should have re cooked my pizza at least after they were Rady in 20 minutes then had 2 wait another 20 minutes for my wings not happy with that visit to that location

placed order online at 6:00 pm online said my order would be ready in 15 mins. took a hour. was 7:00 pm before my order was ready for pickup in store terrible experience and will NEVER order from this location again. pizza wasn't even good, and salad was terrible. over half of the lettuce was frozen and unedible and ended up tossing in TRASH. SAVE your money and time.

We ordered the food at 6:36 pm and it was delivered at 8:22. We called around 7:40 to check on the progress of the pizza and they said it was just going in the oven (conveniently). Apparently a lot of drivers called out today, but still no excuse for a 2 hour wait. Edited to add- pizza was just meh- get Pizza Hut delivered in this area instead.

When calling store you are put on hold ridiculously long. Was calling about an online order and was put on hold for 17min. I just hung up and hoped order was right. I know it gets busy but c'mon 17 mins on hold. Customer service needs work!

Avoid this Dominoās at all costs. Weāre going on two hours without getting our order. Upon calling the restaurant to ask why we still donāt have our pizza after two hours, the manager couldnāt have been more unhelpful. When we asked for the district managerās contact info, he refused to provide it. When we asked for the number to the corporate office, he also refused to provide it. At this point, weāre likely going to have to do a chargeback in order to get a refund.

Do not order from this location. I have had several unpleasant experiences. Some where drinks forgotten and most have been long wait times. Such as tonight. I ordered my pizza at 7:32pm and itās after 9pm and we still have no food. Called in and they seemed not to care. Poor service and poor workers
My mom ordered pizza and pasta bowl from here and it got delivered she took a bite out if the pasta bowl and she found a piece of hair in it and it she almost ate the piece of hair ? gross!!! She won't be eating the pasta bowl ever again because it almost made her sick

The young woman taking phone orders was ABSOLUTELY rude. I will never order from any establishment that allows such treatment towards their customers. (That was on 4th July.)
However, I spoke with Greg on 8th July and he provided exceptional customer service and sympathized with my experience and made things right. He truly restored our faith in a neighborhood store being neighborly.

Ordered my food for delivery & after well past the time set to arrive, I called twice with no answer and when someone finally picked up I was asked what was wrong & then was hung up on after that. I called a fourth time only to be told that my food had been out for delivery over 10 mins ago & I live less than two miles away. I questioned where the driver was and he said that the driver had others to deliver first. It was going to be another 30 mins for the driver to get to me after this so I canceled the order because I didn't want old, cold pizza.

Iāve currently been waiting for two hours for two large pizzas and an order of wings.. this has happened, consistently, the last probably 5 times ordering from this restaurant. We live about 8 minutes away. An hour ago, I was told that it would be here in 15 minutes. Just called and theyāre āwaiting on a driver to come backā with no ETA of how long that will take. I canāt wait to get my cold, stale pizza and wings. Yay.
