Didn’t put no meat on my sub and can’t even answer the phone

after being turned down at subway by an obnoxious worker who didn’t want to open even though it was 3 hours past opening hours, this was the perfect alternative! Immediately welcomed us when we walked in, super friendly, and well decorated for the holiday! Choose this over the subway 100%

I went to Jersey Mikes in Whitsett at approximately 4:10 pm today 11/24/25. Whoever the tall, muscular white guy is behind the counter is extremely unprofessional and refuses to speak or address any customer. He just looks at you like you’re crazy until you tell him what you want. The entire time the other employee was making my sub and asking me what toppings I wanted, the same guy was questioning why another employee is able to count the money and be a shift lead when he feels he’s more qualified. He then stated to say he used to run a business that paid more the a jersey mikes entire payroll at this location. As she made my order he continued to make rude comments and ask questions about being a shift lead and if there was a raise. Which made his coworker visibly uncomfortable the entire time. Questions that should be asked in private but unfortunately he has no professional or tact in the workplace. After I checked out those guy never addressed me nor said have a good day. But the female employee did. He just wrapped my sub and handed it to me like he was better than me. This male employee thinks he is bigger than Jersey Mikes and he has acted this way for months. He has been rude for a long time and everyone complains about it. Unfortunately, after this experience I will not be returning due to such a horrible experience. I no longer have an appetite as I type this over my sandwich. Now jersey mikes what are you going to do about this? This location is losing business left and right.

I called today to see if they had rosemary bread and the gentleman said yes , so I placed a door dash order and received my sub on regular white sub roll , then I called back and questioned him about it and he still said he has rosemary bread, never again will I order from Jersey Mike's

I was very surprised that a pickup order no one said hello,goodbye or thank you for coming into our place of business. They were not busy and the employees were in a group discussion about who knows what. I love the food and service has always been great. I will chalk this up to the young employees.

The ONLY reason I’m leaving a review is so hopefully the right person sees how amazing Stacey is. She was the only employee out of 6 that wasn’t on her phone or acting inconvenienced by customers. Stacey interacted with customers and made sure everyone had everything they needed while the rest of her “team” leaned on the counter texting and rolling eyes every time someone entered the building.

We eat here quite often and the service gets worse each time. This trip was by far the worst. We weren’t asked if it was dine in or take out so they bagged our sandwiches. Ordered 3 sandwiches and not ONE was what we ordered. We upgraded to chips and a drink and they walked away after we paid without giving us cups. We had to grab them ourselves. Soda carbonation was messed up…again.
Men’s bathroom was out of soap and paper towels. Entire seating section was filthy. Tables dirty. Window ledges had crumbs that have been there for quite a while. 4 staff members standing around doing the bare minimum. Extremely disappointing after paying what we could have paid at a nice restaurant.
Will not be returning.

It was awful way more lettuce than anything else the lettuce was in chucks I am elderly and I have been ordering from here at least 3 times a week I am so disappointed in the way this tuna now was made i know why it has so many bad reviews

This was the first and last time I will be eating here. My experience was horrible. The staff are rude and unprofessional (zero stars), the quantities of food are poor, and the sandwhiches are thrown together. Jersey Mike's has always been a favorite sandwich shop of mine, and thankfully, there are others in the surrounding area to choose from.

Great tuna! Got the tuna sandwich in a bowl without the bread. It was awesome.

This is absolutely the worst Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. Over the past couple of months, I have gone to this location several times to give it a chance, and every time, it gets worse. 0 stars for service, not only were the two employees rude to the customer in front of me, but to me as well. The food was poorly made, thrown together, and skimped. This is the only location in the area I have ever had this problem with. There are two other Jersey Mike's close by. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. The one on University Dr. Is much better. The food is better and the employees aren't rude.

I opened the door at 10am to be told by a young black guy to close the door they was not open yet and he very rude to me and that’s why people act a fool in the restaurants

Stopped eating at this location years ago despite living only 5 minutes away. I always go to Burlington location but I was tired so I thought I’d give it a shot. But nothings changed, still rude as hell and slopping sandwiches together. This location has gone to $hit since Paul left. I’ll continue to just go to Burlington where they are friendly and take pride in what they do.

Walked in no one said hello, the whole vibe was just dead… I ordered a #8 told them the toppings I’m assuming the guy was new because there was a lady telling him everything. I walk to the end to pay. So I get home and there’s no bacon or mayo. They never asked if I wanted it. That’s the only reason I order #8 The whole thing was just lousy customer service. Besides the lady who took my payment she was really up beat and nice. Also the guy who makes hot subs is walking out giving customers their food, cooking, answering the phone while wearing the same pair of gloves smh
