Have been on hold for over 11 minutes. You'd think they would come back to the phone after being on hold. Was able to come in order, it was not busy at all. And stayed on hold.

My favorite sub shop in the world!

Incredible, went in no line, ordered. Then waited 40 minutes for 2 subs while others ordered, served, & gone. Will not be back

The service and food at this Jersey Mikes was amazing. When I was checking out, the manager commented on my unique wallet. I said I got it in Ukraine on a mission trip. She asked about Ukraine and what I have been doing there for almost 20 years. When I mentioned I was leading a team from my church to Poland to serve Ukraine war widows and orphans, the manager said my meal was complimentary. That was incredibly kind. Our experience was fantastic food, outstanding service, and gracious kindness. Everyone should visit this Jersey Mikes! They care beyond the profit margin!

Jersey Mike's is so great. I order a giant chicken bacon ranch twice a week from this restaurant and they never disappoint. Also, the brownies are delicious!

Ordered 2 sandwiches without cheese, both had cheese on them. 1 sandwich had a long, wavy hair in it. GROSS.

The staff making the food barely care and make it known they don’t want to be there. I would not return.

I’ve frequented this jersey mikes for over 5 years but in the last few months something has definitely changed. I typically order over the phone and it’s never right. Last week they completely gave me the wrong sub and acted like I inconvenienced them by asking for the sub I actually ordered. The staff is down right rude. None of them have any business being in customer service. Honestly just eat somewhere else.

Disgusting. We ordered two hot subs, which took 35 minutes. The worker brought us two sandwiches, which were not ours...we opened them and touched them (looking to see which was which), the worker called over to me to bring them back, which I did. I watched as he rewrapped them and brought them out to the other guests. GROSS.Once our food arrived, it was salty, bland and downright awful.

Food took 45 minutes for 2 subs and gave us the wrong sub twice! And after I opened it and touched it the employee said it was the wrong order and after I touched it he just gave it to another guy! Without even checking it. And the food tasted like dog food.

Back kitchen staff who made hot sandwiches please change your gloves and take pride in your work.The young lady at the front looks young but acted the most mature and made sure things were clean and greeted people as they entered.It seemed like a bunch of high school kids are working and staffing the place.Food was not all that. I will not be going back anytime soon. My order was not acceptable but I didnt feel like going back out once I got home.

I LOVE Jersey Mikes. The is the only Jersey Mikes that sucks in my opinion and it’s because of the staff. There is one lady in particular that alway has a attitude. She leaves you waiting and she up charges customers when they aren’t noticing. It doesn’t matter what you do she has a horrible attitude. Not even a tip makes her smile. She is terrible at customer service and she needs to be fired.

I really love Jersey Mike's subs. I personally feel that this location is a bit cleaner and brighter than the others that I have been to. If you order online, you can just grab and go at the station by the front door, you don't have to wait through the line or go to the cashier for pick up. I really like how I can easily customize my order. I have ate in store a couple times and from my experience, the employee making my sub never really spoke to me. She just stared at me waiting for my order. But besides that, it was a good experience! Also, try the cream soda at the soda fountain- it's really good! Be sure to log into your account when checking out online or provide your phone number in store for rewards.

My current favorite is the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak

Parking: Parking is available in the shared shopping center parking lot. I've never had an issue finding parking.
