I’ve frequented this jersey mikes for over 5 years but in the last few months something has definitely changed. I typically order over the phone and it’s never right. Last week they completely gave me the wrong sub and acted like I inconvenienced them by asking for the sub I actually ordered. The staff is down right rude. None of them have any business being in customer service. Honestly just eat somewhere else.

Disgusting. We ordered two hot subs, which took 35 minutes. The worker brought us two sandwiches, which were not ours...we opened them and touched them (looking to see which was which), the worker called over to me to bring them back, which I did. I watched as he rewrapped them and brought them out to the other guests. GROSS.Once our food arrived, it was salty, bland and downright awful.

Food took 45 minutes for 2 subs and gave us the wrong sub twice! And after I opened it and touched it the employee said it was the wrong order and after I touched it he just gave it to another guy! Without even checking it. And the food tasted like dog food.

I ordered a Portobello Mushroom sub I'm a vegetarian. They put meat on it . I asked could I customize the sub the gentleman said yes but they took my sub to the back brought it back made, then stated I suppose to told the man who took my order what I wanted on it. Wouldn't recommend them at all

Back kitchen staff who made hot sandwiches please change your gloves and take pride in your work.The young lady at the front looks young but acted the most mature and made sure things were clean and greeted people as they entered.It seemed like a bunch of high school kids are working and staffing the place.Food was not all that. I will not be going back anytime soon. My order was not acceptable but I didnt feel like going back out once I got home.

I LOVE Jersey Mikes. The is the only Jersey Mikes that sucks in my opinion and it’s because of the staff. There is one lady in particular that alway has a attitude. She leaves you waiting and she up charges customers when they aren’t noticing. It doesn’t matter what you do she has a horrible attitude. Not even a tip makes her smile. She is terrible at customer service and she needs to be fired.

I was at the Burlington rd store near Witsett NC about 1:30 on Thursday 8/31/23 and I ordered a #9 giant and i told the older white man fixing it that I wanted mayonnaise on both sides and he put it on one that it the top part of the bread and then the bottom part that had the meat and cheese on it he turned upside down on to the stone surface and then had the bread in his hand and put mayonnaise on it then picked up the meat and cheese off the stone surface and put it back on the bottom piece of bread then added toppings and when he was done he scraped the lettuce that fell off on to the stone surface back into the metal bin that the lettuce is kept in and the lettuce was not fresh because it had some light brown pieces in it, please re train him

Employee fixing subs with a s***** in his mouth slurping on it like it’s his last meal. Other employee at the cold counter scratching his head then proceeded to grab gloves put them on and fix subs.
I was walking up to go inside and a girl locked the door. They were open bc it was 2 ppl inside sitting down eating. Not sure what’s going on with this location but it should be addressed.

Walked in and it was like a city girls reunion, employees were in there just laughing and cutting up with their friends. Waited about 5 mins no employee even acknowledged I was standing there waiting to order lol idk what the owner has going on up there but seriously the most unprofessional restaurant I’ve ever been to not even exaggerating either.

Do not support this jersey mikes. They have switched owners/ management and now are giving way less meat for the same price. For a giant club you will get 4 thinly sliced turkey and 4 thinly sliced ham. I used to like this restaurant for the generous amount of meat you received but now you get less than subway. I understand due to increased cost things are being cut back but this is going overboard. For $17 my sub should not be as flat as a pancake. I will take my business elsewhere. Please spend your money somewhere else where youll get your monies worth.The attitudes of some of the workers are less than professional too

Don't want to ding this Sub shop too much because Jersey Mike's are normally a well run organization with great products (sandwiches). My problem is the speed in which they were moving the customer line. The guy that was making the sandwiches was 'slow'. No one stepped up to help him. My italian sub was great.

I really love Jersey Mike's subs. I personally feel that this location is a bit cleaner and brighter than the others that I have been to. If you order online, you can just grab and go at the station by the front door, you don't have to wait through the line or go to the cashier for pick up. I really like how I can easily customize my order. I have ate in store a couple times and from my experience, the employee making my sub never really spoke to me. She just stared at me waiting for my order. But besides that, it was a good experience! Also, try the cream soda at the soda fountain- it's really good! Be sure to log into your account when checking out online or provide your phone number in store for rewards.My current favorite is the Big Kahuna Cheese SteakParking: Parking is available in the shared shopping center parking lot. I've never had an issue finding parking.
