This is MOST incompetent McDonalds i’ve ever been to. Fries are always cold, undercooked, and unseasoned. Ice cream machine NEVER WORKS any time of day. Less than half decent experience every encounter and no real customer service. The McDonalds on Mt Hope is the better option for CERTAIN. This McDonalds is unreliable with a bad wait time and lazy employees this McDonalds needs to be shut down and replaced its never been great for years since i moved here and there has been no progress the lines are also always empty.

It was pretty slow while I was inside. My order came pretty quick, the cashier didn't say anything to us before or after placing our order. Inside was well managed and clean.

I just ordered myself lunch thru the app earlier today(3:40pm). And when I got there, I got my receipt... The 2nd window, young man in a timberland hoodie hands me my drink(no straw)... Asks for my receipt and proceeds to tell me to move to the third window.... When I get my food I checked my order and noticed there was no lettuce on my spicy McChicken that was customized with no mayo...< The only thing I asked to be removed... Then I proceed to check the rest of my food when I got to work, and realized my bacon mc double had one patty and dressed terribly, even the wrapper was wrapped the wrong way.... For someone who doesn't even live out here, this was the worst experience I've ever gotten. No straw for my drink, didn't add my lettuce, and left me with a single party burger... Like all that after asking for my receipt, which I assume was to confirm what my order was cuz clearly nobody understood what I ordered on the app....
