yall need to take heavenly and that bald headed mananger off of third shift.... lines are always wrapped and heavenly doesn't know what GUEST SERVICE IS!!! ( take the airpods out and quit ignoring PAYING customers ) but the black manager on third shift has people CANCELING door dash orders and driving out of the DT due to being SLOW, and not letting you order food while picking up a door dash YALL ARE LOSING SALES!!!!

Cashier was a little rude. She put in our order wrong, and we didn't get our hasbrown with the order. I asked for my muffin "well done" and it came out under done. My husband went back to get his hashbrown we didn't receive with our order, the cashier handed him the order, and the hasbrown was torn apart and under done. Several other customers were waiting for long periods of time, and their orders were incorrect as well. Cashier really didn't seem like she cared.

Ordered fish sandwich,it wasn't hot and didn't taste fresh.I told them about the fish,they suggested I ask for fresh next time and would have wait.I wasn't offered another sandwich,nor apology,due to being hungry I did order small order of chicken nuggets and was satified.Not a great experience,but I am a person of second chances.

We eat at many McDonalds locations while traveling, and this is a great one. The food is hot and tasty. The staff are friendly and quick to get the food out. They brought our food and drinks to the table and asked if we needed anything else. It is clean and feels very modern. Highly recommend.

Customers be very careful ordering your food at this particular Mc Donald’s. STAFF will not take up for you if you’re being harassed by a customer. They will just sit and watch the scene. A customer used harsh profanity words to me and even got in my face yelling and spitting in my face because I almost tripped over her 12 month old, who she had running freely around the store. I couldn’t see because I had bags in my arms. YES, I had got attacked by a customer and it was so embarrassing how that lady act over something she should had controlled of. I am very disappointed of the staff members who let that happened to me and in their public restaurant.

The manager Shawn was very polite and accommodating. I frequent this McDs and usually it is hit or miss depending on staff. I have NEVER had a problem when Shawn is managing. Keep up the good work!!!

Come almost every night around 12- 1am ish and Sean also greets with an amazing attitude and serives and he basically runs night shift forever greatful to him and how fast he gets our food out even being late . 100/10 worker
