Osaka Japanese Steak House

I saw the name Osaka and thought it was going to be great but nothing farther away from great. First you order at the front counter as if you are going to a Chinese joint. That was a red flag I missed so my bad. The waitress was nice though. Let’s talk about the food: The shrimp was cooked good but not teriyaki flavor. The rice had a flood of hibachi sauce on the bottom of the plate and had no more flavor, no eggs and no veggies or anything tasty. Zuchini was chopped so skinny that what I ate was the bare skin of zucchini with the shrimp. The soup was terrible again no flavor and the onion flakes were out dated and suspiciously chewy that made me feel worried. Not sure if is the way people around here like their Japanese food made but this was the biggest deception of Japanese food I’ve had in years.

Food is nasty with no flavor don’t go. I am pretty sure everything was cooked with no seasoning.

Just did a second visit to this restaurant, the cashier/hostess on the first visit was somewhat arrogant, I placed the money in her hand for payment and she returned change on counter, I commented on that because I had my hand extended to her, but I over looked it.
Today I went in, undecided about what to order so I extended grace for her to take 4 other orders before myself. She finally took my order but, never gave it to the staff to prepare, she tell me let me go ahead and check them out, 4 other people, so I said but, I’ve been waiting an x amount of time and your still holding on to the order, she says I have to take your payment first, I said I will pay upon receiving my order, she still insisting on money, all the time still taking payments from people there. She ask do you still want to place your order, still taking payment from other people, I said your taking their money now, No I don’t want to place anything! Why patronize a RACIST?

This place is amazing!!!! Killer food a good prices

The girl in the front said we cannot dine in because its 8:28 lol and they close at 9. Do not buy from this business they dont want you to order from them. No smile no acknowledgement, just cellphone. Rude. No customer service skills. She will be the downfall of this restaurant.

Smung little restaurant excellent service excellent food prices are pretty decent for dinner great for lunch.

I've never had issues with this establishment until tonight. My son was eating his dinner and noticed a piece of hair in his food. I then called to explain what occurred to see if I could get a new order of food. When I arrived with the plate, the cooks refused to remake my food because they stated it was eaten by my son. The generous employee stated she'd refund my money. I will no longer support this establishment after my experience tonight. I advise everyone to look over your food carefully for hair!

I am not sure why they are labeling themselves as a "steak house" when everyrhing on the menu is hibachi?? Either way, I ordered Habachi Shrimp with extra veggies. The onions were not well cooked and tasted raw. The entree comes with miso soup and salad. The soup was mediocre at best and the salad was wilted. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

The food had no flavor. The hibachi soup was extremely bland. The price was outrageous. Hasaki in Burlington right down the street has much better prices and food. Their soup has actual flavor. They don’t charge for extras. I will never order from here again. Argos in Greensboro is even better. All of which is cheaper then

This may be the most average place ive ever been to. No waitress, you have to order at the front desk, no hibachi tables and the hibachi dinner had no seasoning on it. Noodles tasted plain, rice tasted plain and the meat especially tasted plain. The only flavor i got out of this meal was oil. And the white sauce almost made me gag. Everything tasted very bland. Not impressed

This food is horrible. no seasoning. No flavor. Ordered the hibachi Scallops, the scallops were undercooked.
