Avoid this Pizza Hut at all costs. It’s severely understaffed and has been for a while. There’s often one person managing the entire store and making food at the same time.
Be prepared to wait at least twice the projected time they give you.
People also show up well before their food is finished and sit in the drive thru “contactless pickup window” for 15+ minutes creating a line that wraps around the parking lot.

I placed my order online quick and easy. Chose to do pick up at their drive up window. No problems. The employee that helped me was friendly, nice, courteous and handled perfectly. Got back to my sister's and got our plates made and the whole time I was thinking "doesn't look as good as it used to". It was our regular weekly sisters night dinner pick up and then they stopped putting the seasoning on the crust and it just wasn't as good for us anymore. I was craving it so that was what we went with and I was so seriously disappointed but maybe it was just an off night?♀️

I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers Pizza with extra cheese. I couldn't believe that a Pepperoni Lovers Pizza only had 4 pieces of pepperoni on each slice. It just had a normal amount of cheese on it. I worked for Pizza Hut many years, ago. This is not the way it should have been. I had a Large ( which now looks like a medium ) Pepperoni Lovers Pizza with extra cheese delivered approximately 5 miles away and it cost me $36.00 and change.I still loved the Pizza, because Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza, but I definitely felt cheated.

This location is an absolute joke. Literally sat in the drive thru for 10 min rang the bell 4 times. Nobody in sight. Then finally an employee comes out from hiding with headphones no wonder you couldn’t hear the ring you stupid employee. Do not recommend this location. Will be calling corporate.
I’m very impressed with this location I understand staff is low and pizza was going to be late and I’m a very patient person but the staff that help me was very friendly and was quickly to take my order shoutout to Russel keep up the great job I enjoy the my hut box for $7 I recommend it
Before you order for delivery from this location, their delivery is through a third-party delivery platform— DoorDash and not a traditional pizza delivery driver. Me and my husband waited for over 40 minutes until we called and the guy informed me that DoorDash drivers usually don’t like picking up orders that have a cash method— we chose cash as the payment option. Inconveniently, we ended up having to go pick up our food and the food wasn’t fresh and hot. The only service that made us satisfied was the guy at the counter took $10 off but still didn’t like how the rest went from ordering online to eating almost cold food.
