I tried to order delivery, I hate the idea of speaking to someone outside the store,
Horrible phone connection, after 3 times of trying to spell “Kivette” I finally got frustrated and called Dominoes, obviously not my first choice but they answered the phone from the store, took my order with no issues. The last 2 times I ordered here had issues once forgot part of my order and the last, extra cheese extra sauce and got neither.

I have pics of the guys outside smoking and playing around and when you call the store the gay guy answer the phone and I told him that I need to speak to the manager and he kept on demanding me to tell him what was going on so I told him and pretty much I got told I was a liar when I know exactly what was going on plus he slammed the phone down in my ear cuz he didn't want to hear no more that right there shows he has no customer service at all

7/20/25 made an online order and arrived on time to pick it up. I went to the drive through window, nobody was there and a few customers in the waiting area, So I sat there and waited patiently. I saw the workers go by a few times and there was only two of them but they never came to the window or even made eye contact with me. 10 minutes went by, 20 minutes went by, 30 minutes went by and they never once made eye contact with me or said a word to me so I left. Very unprofessional... I understand if they were behind but they could have came and said something to me.
We stopped by on our way home from visiting family. We were a walk in and were helped pretty quickly, as I could see the pickup screen was very busy. The order was ready rather quickly and the pizza was delicious, and piping hot! My kids are picky and only like Pizza Hut pizza, and this has been the best tasting and freshest Pizza Hut we’ve had in a while! Too bad it’s not close to our home!! Thanks Jorge for your quick and great service!
Very disappointing to say the least! We were planning on dining in for a birthday dinner, but that did not happen. Went there tonight 2/13 around 6pm. There were two workers and we were standing at the register waiting to place an order for 3 of us. There was one vehicle in the drive-thru and literally no one in the dining room area. We were the only ones in line. There were 2 workers that gave us eye contact but aside from working at leisurely speeds, neither came to take our order. After waiting about 10 mins in line with no help, we just left. Not sure how they stay in business with this type of customer service. I've worked in fast food for several years in the past and our shift manager or regional manager would've had a fit if they ever saw this type of behavior.
The store is clean and the staff are friendly. I had trouble picking what I wanted and the employee suggested a new special. Nice little combo 😍👏🏽
I placed in order online it for pick up. It said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I get to Pizza Hut drive through with 2 cars in front of me. The first car at the window literally blow his horn multiple times to get someone attention to assist him, the car behind him pulled over to go inside. This was 15 minutes after I already had pulled up to the drive though. It’s now my turn at the window and no one comes and says anything to me. I say at the drive through and called into the restaurant twice with no answer. After 10 minutes I decide to finally go inside because I have already paid for my order online. To guess what, again not be greeted by anyone, I seen 2 people in there one guy making the pizza in the back and one that walked towards the back on the other side of the restaurant to no longer being seen at all. There was already 3 people waiting inside for their order as well. Another 10 mijutes goes by and neither person says anything to anyone up front. One lady who was waiting. stated the other person who went to the back was “training” and it was his 3rd day. I finally had to call out to the guy attention in the back who was making pizza and ask him if my pizza was sitting in the cooler over “which it was”. After a full 45 minutes I finally got my pizza. This was the WORSE customer service experience ever. Even if you had a person training at least the could be greeting the people coming in and apologizing for the long wait or something. Oh yea and I forgot to mention the person that was “training” couldn’t touch the register nor was he help making pizza or answering the phone or greeting people. So ummm exactly what was he training to do.
