Awful experience at this restaurant. I wish there was a zero stars option. They refused to accept a coupon expiring 12/31/2022 which THEY published in the Alamance County NC Attractions Guide. I had used an exact same coupon 3 months earlier at this location which they accepted. Today, thay told me "Corporate" changed its mind on accepting the coupon. I paid $20 for the Attractions Guide, a fund raiser, to support my church and have the coupons to use. Thanks to this Pizza Hut location, my investment in the guide gave me nothing. To top things off, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes beyond the time they said online the pizza would be ready. Would highly discourage others from using this location.

Just left gave me bread sticks that you could knocked someone out with. Ordered personal pizzas they should have not sold it!! Can't even eat it!!! Worse place food wise I ever been to spend 14.00 and had to throw food away!!!

It is actually a Taco Bell that has a Pizza hut express. I ordered the largest size of the cinnabons. They're not exactly inexpensive, of course I ate one on the way home in the car and while they were lukewarm they were totally cooked in the inside. There was no filling. Normally I'm biting into something soft, warm, and gooey. I thought maybe I just got a bad one. Living only 5 minutes away I decided to continue home and see what the kids thought. Unfortunately all of them were past their time.I did call the restaurant later that evening, the manager on duty was extremely nice, apologetic, and professional. We did receive another box the next time we went by. She also said (something like) she would go over procedure with the staff so nothing like this would happen again.My husband was in the restaurant business for over 20 years and totally understand how things like this can happen. The manager on duty could not have handled it any better.When we got our replacement box, they were absolutely perfect. Between the manager and the perfect cinnabons is why I gave 4 stars instead of 2.

Place was clean but very poor service with a ride manager. While waiting on pizzas they keep sending food out the drive-thru instead of giving me my food so that I could leave.

The manager was really nice however the food was not that great they definitely made up for it for the customer service but let's face it we go there for the food... Because the manager was so nice I really do wish I can give this place a 5 star but.... My burrito was nothing but guacamole and Didn't taste anything at all like what I was expecting they did replace it with another food item and were very nice about it.

Visited this location while passing through near the highway. The employees were very helpful and courteous and the restaurant was clean inside and out.
