I went to Popeyes and got 2 combos and this women changed my card 29.34 for them and the chicken was refried chicken from yesterday, these bulk women were very unprofessional and thrives running scams !

I travel constantly so I know this location very well. Over the last three years the service and customer service has gone down hill. The staff has started having a smart attitude over orders and dipping sauce. Make sure they ring you up for dipping sauce at .08 each because it apparently no longer comes with your tender meal. If you ask about sauce be prepared to have someone turn their back on you and ignore you. This will definitely be my last time coming to this location hello Circle K and Loves.

It's been awhile since I have been to a Popeyes with such poor planning. They weren't ready for lunch crowd. I mean not enough chicken ready and long waits. This is the worst Popeyes I have been to in awhile and I'm not even gonna get fuel from the TA because of the service here

There were 3 people total working and they all looked miserable (which I get because I would be too if I worked there) Despite multiple people in line and several others waiting on orders, the employees had ZERO sense of urgency. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I was told I couldn’t order a chicken sandwich because the filets were still frozen. It was 2:00 in the afternoon?! So I ordered 2 6 pc boneless wings instead. And a large drink. That was it. I waited 23 minutes for the wings. During which time, the filets magically unfroze because 3 people in line behind me ordered them AND got their food before me. There were no apologies for my wait. Not a have a nice day. Nothing. RIDICULOUS!!!!!
People there were cool..the mic was low and could barely hear ? the questions. The District Manager had dog hair on his sweatshirt.. the food was ok..but please if you have pets…keep them off your work clothes especially if you work near food ??

if i could give 0 stars i would. dont even waste your money here. the workers are absolutely terrible and rude. i asked the lady for my cups and she rolled her eyes and turned her back and continued doing what she was doing. the guy infront of me asked for sauce and she rolled her eyes at him too. and the food was terrible chicken wasn’t even cooked it was white smh…
