They don’t offer good food options, so if you plan to drink, you’re better off bringing your own food.

Great place, but the bartenders constantly pet, and play with animals without washing their hands, then come back touching drinks to serve you. Nasty..

I loved this place. Felt like an authentic German garden. Good food. Good beer. Beautiful trees to shade you while you have your beer and pretzel. Definitely coming back.

I was previously a longtime supporter of Red Oak and have enjoyed their beers since graduating college in 2010. After moving cell the area, my husband and I returned often to continue supporting one of our favorite breweries. We just made the trip after over a year with our 10 month old on Mother Day weekend and were turned away because of their no babies/young children rule. We were left shaking our heads and wondering how a brewery would want to turn away a huge subset of customers, especially those who have potentially been longtime supporters. We’re very disappointed by this decision and will no longer be supporting Red Oak. Maybe this is why their parking lot was empty on a Saturday… I highly recommend Red Oak taking the time to google other breweries that follow this rule, I’m not sure they’re find many others. For anyone reading this wanting to find a family friendly brewery, Sierra Nevada in Fletcher, NC outside Asheville is awesome and very family friendly!

I love this place but the information in Goggle is incorrect, when I wanted to visit on Saturday it said closed. I think when it says Brewery and office, that should be totally separated, there is a confusion between office hours when it mentions also Brewery.

The tour was pretty good but VICKY! Was amazing! She was attentive and personable! Made the experience a 12 out of 10! Give her a raise !

Incredible quality and proud to have them as a member of the community. Whenever out of area family visits they are antsy to crack open a red oak. I’ve tried hundreds of artisanal beers over the years and I enjoy many of them for their own unique notes but red oak is consistently top notch all around in taste, drinkability and freshness. If I was stuck on the moon and could only have 1 beer, it would be red oak. I’d also be like really concerned about being stuck on the moon, but the red oak would be a silver lining.

PS I saw a red oak van recently and honked and gave them the thumbs up and the awesome driver tossed me a key chain which is just totally rad as well. Support local businesses y’all :-)

Cool place just off of 85. Beer was good and German authentic. Food is hit or miss as their place wasn’t open to start and had to wait on food truck which was good. When I went out to food truck someone removed my beer sampler which want cool but place gave me back two I hadn’t tried. Nice stop over on way to Atlanta

Ten thousand star experience at Red Oak. Great tour, food, & drinks. Shout out to Savannah who was amazing.

I’m not a big beer guy but this place is just fun to come hang out with friends. The landscape is beautiful and serene. Very welcoming with a great staff and now they have more than just beer so I can get a drink. They have e different food trucks come by and they now have a private events room which is great for different occasions. The store at the main entrance is also amazing with something for everyone. Stop by for a drink and relax for a few!

Beer and Food sucks, Hygiene and Service are even worse than food. There were two families that entered with children and employee rolled eyes at them and turned them away very rudely.

Unfortunately, we did not get an opportunity to truly get an experience here. After passing this place so many times on I-85 we finally decided to swing by to check things out. More fault of our own, we did not realize that it is a 21+ establishment until after we had already walked up to the courtyard and inside the brewery with our littles in tow. A friendly staff member informed us that no kids were allowed which immediately ended our visit. Thankfully the Red Oak was having an event outside in their parking which allowed us to take a quick walk around before picking into the car to finish out our trip. It was walking back to the car when we saw the 21 & Above sign.

We would love to stop again for beer & food, but it will be more likely that we find other family-oriented establishments.

My favorite brewery. Whenever I pss through the area I get. I know with how their brewing process is they can't but really wish could get in Arizona

Might be a bit biased here, but these guys have the best beer. Fell in love after trying their Amber Lager at a couple restaurants and finally made it out to the actual brewery, and it's everything I expected and more.

Ambiance is fantastic, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax. Service is fantastic, and food is delicious. We went on a chilly night and their fire pits kept us warm. The beer selection is great and they have ciders and wines for non enthusiasts.
