I ordered a Danish and a dirty chai frappe with whip cream. No one asked my name. After about 10 other drinks had been made---and they weren't very busy--4 different people asked what my order was. When I finally got drink, it didn't taste right but I just took it and left. Rude?? Did my Kirk shirt offend them? I will definitely let others know how I was treated--whatever excuse they try to use.

Had a great experience at this Starbucks! Staff was helpful, it was clean and pretty quiet which was nice. Decent group here in the morning and was able to get some work done. Banana nut cake heated up was tasty!

Always so slow. The times I figure it can’t be too bad and order ahead here it always takes forever.
Just use the one on University; they’re always fast especially with ordering ahead. That’s the best one to go to in Burlington.

Stood in line, the only person in line, for 5 to 10 mins to never have my order taken. Guy walks in after I have been waiting gets served before me and the girl just walked away. This location can fall off the face of the earth.

Everytime I go it is in the afternoon and there is never any line, yet somehow they are always slow. Today was my last time going I came and ordered and was rudly answered and rushed by a worker named Daniel when it wasn’t even busy

Went there on 8/21/25. There weren’t many people and the service was very slow, but mainly one rude employee. She kept saying she couldn’t hear me. I go to take a call outside and the music is BLARING. I could never take a call here, let alone have a conversation. Not a reliable Starbucks. The video is how loud it was outside with their terrible music and speakers. Wild for a Starbucks.

This is not my normal Starbucks, but from one trip it has become one of the best. Even though the store looked busy, Hunter took his time helping me pick out a drink and now I can say I have a new addiction to the salted caramel Frappuccino! Oh and the message on my cup didn’t go unnoticed! Loved it!

Always pre order in the app. This store is like an instant order and done!! Every time I order, I arrive and they are instantly on it! I stood patiently waiting and was asked 2 times for a name by 2 individuals. That may sound like nothing but other locations you may not even be asked anything and you are left waiting! This location definitely prides itself from my observation. Awesome job by this locations team

I'm not sure why getting light ice is always so difficult.
This is my local Starbucks, and I visit at least three times a week. Each time, it's a fight to get light ice. Multiple times, I've had them remake it, so I'm sure some people behind me in the drive-thru are mad. But it says in the label, yet almost every time, my order is wrong. More than half of my cup is full of ice today. Yesterday, they forgot to add the strawberries to the strawberry Acai lemonade! It feels like I'm being pushed to try other stores or take a break from Starbucks as a whole.

This is probably the nicest Starbucks I've ever been to! Physically, the venue is really beautiful. Indoor and outdoor seating is spacious and there's nothing cramped about it. Not the galley style of eating section. It's spread out and lovely. Even the lighting is really pretty in there. On top of that the service, was wonderful. Everyone was nice. I haven't had this good of an experience at a Starbucks and many many years!!! Saludos ☕️

This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever experienced, I ordered it on door dash and they didn’t give the driver the full order so I hustled whether to pick it up. I got there and I told them to remake the drink, I specifically said oat milk and he just poured almond milk into it.. I was like I literally just said oat milk.. they ignore customers inside and seem to be severely understaffed. He ended up making the drink and it tasted like sand and water it was horrible. A simple horchata turned out to be terrible, it was like he made the recipe in his mind. They are slow and all over the place and you will also wait over 30+ minutes and you will even have to remind them that you’re standing there.

Maybe ok if you have 30 minutes to wait on two basic espressos ordered through the mobile app.. …I didn’t. I expect my $10 worth of drinks to be refunded.
