This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever experienced, I ordered it on door dash and they didn’t give the driver the full order so I hustled whether to pick it up. I got there and I told them to remake the drink, I specifically said oat milk and he just poured almond milk into it.. I was like I literally just said oat milk.. they ignore customers inside and seem to be severely understaffed. He ended up making the drink and it tasted like sand and water it was horrible. A simple horchata turned out to be terrible, it was like he made the recipe in his mind. They are slow and all over the place and you will also wait over 30+ minutes and you will even have to remind them that you’re standing there.

Made a pitstop for refreshments while driving with two kids. Drive thru wait time was over 15 minutes. A cup of tea and a small glass of lemonade set me back $10. And the order was messed up. When I asked the girl at the window why the tea was different from what I ordered, she said she didn't know what my order meant, even though I repeated it twice and asked her if she understood it when ordering. And they have the audacity to ask for tips...

Stopped here on my way home from a business trip. Exhausted and hungry, a quick trip through the drive-thru was just what I needed. My breakfast sandwich was excellent, my blueberry scone was perfect, and my latte is amazing. And thanks to a very kind individual, it would appear that I am also amazing. Great place. Not pictured is the handwritten note on the lid of my coffee that says “you are amazing”. A little kindness goes a long way.
Walk in order on October 3rd for egg bites and a Matcha. I am used to waiting for a drink with mobile orders, but after fifteen minutes went to counter. They acknowledged, then Barista proceeded to make FOUR matchas for another guest who had just walked in. People standing around as drive thru had emptied. Walked out and left drink. Maybe they finished it by now. Drive thru was empty when I left.

Cut the grass at the Whitsett NC location. It’s on Burlington Rd. The grass is 3 feet tall and it looks like trash. Do better Starbucks.

I received the wrong drink so I went inside to get it remade. I stood at the counter for 5 mins before anyone greeted me. They all just looked at me and kept working. I would have been perfectly fine with a hello I will be with you in one moment.As the lady was remaking my drink she put her nose in it to smell it. That is so nasty. Why would you put you nose in some drink/food. Everytime I come to this location they always mess up the order.
