Not busy, only 3 minutes or 4 customers in the store. Employees definitely not in a hurry. It was 19 minutes from my order to getting my coffee. You occasionally run into one of those Starbucks stores that are just chronically slow, but this one is on the all star slow list. When an employee knows it has taken forever to get an order out, it takes no effort to simply say, “sorry about that wait”, but they could not have cared less. By the time I got the coffee, the sandwich I ordered, which came up promptly, was stone cold.

They are so, so nice here. They truly offer loving caring service here. Thank you❣️ ? It’s as if all the nice souls are drawn to this one building making a SWEET atmosphere. A funny thought ? for sure, but one ☝️ that could be true.I’ve not had a difficult experience here. It’s always been pleasant.

Can be really slow here in the drive through. Not enough parking spaces, especially since it’s faster to go in and pickup a mobile order. Baristas are nice, but I have gotten a hot coffee order when I asked for iced.

They argued with me about putting oat milk in my iced espresso. This is the usual drink I get and you can see and taste there was no oat milk. The barista and drive thru staff then argued with me saying there was oat milk in it…flabbergasted. Will not come again.

My friend ordered her coffee with cream on the side. The barrista served her coffee with no explaination as to why there was no cream. When we finally got her attention again, she said "we're out of cream." We asked if there was any substitute and she finally came up with the Vanilla cream topping used with the lattes.

Extremely poor service!!! Pink headed girl/manager Cassidy is extremely rude/lacks consideration towards helping her customers!!! She needs to go!!! Not the first time she’s been rude and unprofessional on how she goes about things, especially being the manager! Last time I will ever go to this place!

Everyone is very nice and drinks are good, but the drive through takes FOREVER. If you're in a hurry, don't go. I waited 20min this afternoon with 3 people in front of me. Better have a book handy!

Ordered a white mocha no whip. Got a regular mocha with whip. How someone makes this mistake is beyond me. Wont be returning. There is a small privately owned coffee shop right next door. I'll give my money to a local business
