Terrible customer service they act like it’s the customers fault they work here. Dude comes to the counter if there more than three people if not to hell with you.

No attention to detail. Forgot my 2 cinnamon twists and made my taco wrong. Went in and they fixed it nicely but when I got home realized that everything else was not made like I ordered. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Man that Luxe box is awesome. Lots of food for a great price drink too. Hope they get some more of that mango drink!

If I could give this one I would. This is by far the worst taco bell I have ever been to. The food is crap and the team members suck even more

Slow. Screwed up the order. Dude threw the bag of food at us, after he asked if here or to go? I said here, duh, why it's in a bag? Rude employees, all of them. Scrappy food, scrappy service, scrappy atmosphere. Employees hanging in dining area playing on phones. Never will return. Used to like this place, over 20 years. Gone to the crapper now.

We did a takeaway from the drive-through late at night. The food was tasty and good.

My wife bought me a refresher and they only fill it half way and fill the cup with ice even though she said very light ice. The refresher was still an inch and half from the top.

This is the 2nd time in about a month Ive gone to this Taco Bell and they have messed my order up. I clearly stated I wanted NO SOUR CREAM, NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO on my Crunchwrap surpreme and once again they messed my item up. My taco that came with my box was stale. What is the issue with this Taco Bell. Nothing but problems. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service, employee conduct, and cleanliness at your Taco Bell location. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the unacceptable level of dirtiness. The dining area had several uncleared tables, food debris on the floor, and sticky surfaces. The restrooms were also in a deplorable state, which raises serious concerns about hygiene standards.
The issues continued with the incredibly slow service. Despite a moderate number of customers, the wait time for my order was excessive. This was compounded by the rude and unhelpful attitude of your employees. When I finally reached the counter, the person taking my order seemed disengaged and spoke to me in a dismissive tone. There was no apology for the wait, nor any attempt to make the experience more pleasant. Other employees I observed also appeared to be more interested in socializing amongst themselves than serving customers.
This experience was truly disappointing and falls far short of the standards I expect from Taco Bell. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address these issues promptly to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Can not make a simple Cheesy Gordita Crunch with only meat and cheese. It took me driving back THREE TIMES before someone got this simple order right. Then when I got there they made it wrong AGAIN. Clearly common sense is not common. Live Más? More like Live Less because that’s what you’ll be doing coming here and wasting your time.
