There was a 30min + wait for food. Yet there were 4 people standing around in the back eating and socializing. I wanted a refund and was told I couldn’t get one! They were yelling at customers being rude and talking about them I front of their faces! I had no choice but to wait since they refused to refund me my money.

Wow. Ordered 2 of the luxe boxes on the way home. Only car in line and still waited 15 minutes. Got home to 6 soft tacos instead of what comes with the meal. Bonus only one has meat in it! Wtf taco bell. If you want to go back to the 90s when you had good fast tacos maybe take your employees phones away. Kid at the window didn't even speak to me just held his hand out and waited for me to pay. Hate to say it but I will not go to any taco bell ever again

I ordered from the kiosk. A drink was included with my order. When my name was called to come pickup my order, I waited until someone came back to the counter so I could get my drink cup. After waiting at the counter for a few minutes, a woman approached. She had a very rude demeanor. She scolded me, and told me to get the drink cup first, if I order from the kiosk. I ordered from the kiosk because nobody was at the counter. Make it make sense.

Food was nice . The young man at window was polite . We had to walk in to get cheese cup they forgot and the manager was talking to the employees like a dog.
