I always get the Deluxe Angus cheeseburger plate. It comes with hashbrowns. And I sometimes get a waffle. The food is not fancy, but hot and filling and good.
The server that's usually there, seems like she doesn't want to be there. I would say she's lazy, bothered and distracted.
Have to ask multiple times for her to bring our drinks. Have to ask multiple times for packets of mayo. Had to remind her that we ordered a waffle and it hadn't been brought to us. She had an attitude when she finally delivered it. And we had to ask twice for syrup. And had to ask for a steak knife. Asked 2 times for jelly, but gave up.
She was talking to the customers in the booth across from us instead of taking care of us. And her tip reflected her (lack of) service.

When my husband and I entered the restaurant, there were several open booths, though they still needed to be cleaned. Three staff members were present: one at the register, one attending a single table, and another engaged in conversation with an employee. After waiting for about five minutes, we were finally asked if we preferred a booth. We said yes, but no one made any effort to clean or prepare one for us.
Shortly after, a group of white patrons entered. They were greeted immediately, and the same staff member who had been talking promptly cleaned and set up a booth for them—something that had not been offered to us.
This experience left us feeling unwelcome and deeply disappointed. It was clear our presence was not valued, and the disparity in treatment was hard to ignore. We chose to leave.
Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable, especially in 2025. I do not recommend dining here, as the staff’s behavior was blatantly biased and unprofessional.

When my wife and I arrived, all the tables were dirty, and no one acknowledged us or attempted to clean a table for us. We sat down and waited for a table to be cleared. After sitting at the register for about 5 minutes, the cashier, who had obviously seen us, finally asked if we wanted a booth. She stated, I will clean the one in the back you . As I stated, there were several dirty tables, front to back. She wanted to put us in the back; the waitress was only attentive to one table, and the other lady was conversing with a guest who had just paid. A group of people walked in, and they gained immediate acknowledgement. The waitress holding the conversation greeted them and accommodated them instantly, while we waited for a while. If you can read between the lines, we were victims, and I call a spade a spade. Do not eat there if you're of a different race. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Just at here for Christmas. It was packed, but we got our food quick. Everyone was pleasant and dressed up, even though they are having to put in some very tough hours.

decided to dine in for christmas with my siblings and our server only checked on us once and that was when she passed out our food. she continually checked on her other tables and not once acknowledging us. my sister and i are both servers. we know it can be overwhelming at times but we always make sure to check on our customers. my sister ordered a waffle and never received it and we never got togo boxes. a different server gave us our ticket and didn’t even ask if we needed anything either, just an overall bad experience. the food was good tho.

It was just me by myself in there and some local cops having their own breakfast. The waitress was super nice. She got me all my food in a timely manner. It tasted great.
we came in an ordered close to $60 worth of food, tipping almost $8 (cause it was a togo order an i was tryna be decently nice) but my toast was beyond burnt , portion wasn’t right i felt, the meat just was over cooked and i usually don’t complain but i almost felt the need to. this is wild, i love waffle house an now i have to avoid this location due to either the cook not knowing how to toast bread properly or the staff not saying” hey bro, that looks a lil too burnt , try it again,” i mean damn, $68 worth of food , i get we ordered a bunch of food kinda but still man.
