decided to dine in for christmas with my siblings and our server only checked on us once and that was when she passed out our food. she continually checked on her other tables and not once acknowledging us. my sister and i are both servers. we know it can be overwhelming at times but we always make sure to check on our customers. my sister ordered a waffle and never received it and we never got togo boxes. a different server gave us our ticket and didn’t even ask if we needed anything either, just an overall bad experience. the food was good tho.

It was just me by myself in there and some local cops having their own breakfast. The waitress was super nice. She got me all my food in a timely manner. It tasted great.

we came in an ordered close to $60 worth of food, tipping almost $8 (cause it was a togo order an i was tryna be decently nice) but my toast was beyond burnt , portion wasn’t right i felt, the meat just was over cooked and i usually don’t complain but i almost felt the need to. this is wild, i love waffle house an now i have to avoid this location due to either the cook not knowing how to toast bread properly or the staff not saying” hey bro, that looks a lil too burnt , try it again,” i mean damn, $68 worth of food , i get we ordered a bunch of food kinda but still man.
the lady who took my order w the loc’s she was mad cool tho 💪🏽 !! but this food wasn’t made with any type of love at all 😐

Placed this order at 1am before I got off work at 1:30am received confirmation email that it would be done at 1:28am, arrived here from work at 1:43 the waiter Is sitting outside in the car she finally comes in and ask do I have a order I said yes I ordered it online and they oops sorry we haven't even started cooking it yet. This is horrible service not to mention you can only order online now.
