Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

It’s heat!!

I often have to come here to pick up uber eats orders. I came June 17th around 7pm or almost 7 like after 6. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to greet customers even if they are there for a pickup delivery order. I’ve never had this issue , normally when I come in the YT girls would greet me & if they are working on the order I’m notified. Whatever black girl that was working Tuesday , June 17th then she knows she seen me. Then , gone put the bag into the pickup shelf like just trying to avoid conversation. Don’t work at fast food then if you gotta do all that. I worked fast food my first 2 jobs & I don’t have the tolerance now.

Incredibly impressed with the service here. We had a whole church group in front of us as there were 20 people in front of us at the register and they just mowed through the line and there was hardly any wait for our food. They brought the food to us in the booth and the manager came to check on us. World class service and efficiency.

I came through the drive through and Christina helped me she had great customer service ! Keith keep doing a good job this is one of the best locations around ! Delicious food !

The food is always good (sometimes fries are hit/miss); but the drive through always takes way too long at this location. I have never gotten through in under 10 minutes (even with only 1 car in front of me). If you’re in a hurry I do not recommend this location.

Excellent Zaxby's location! Off Hwy 85... The food was fresh and hot, great quick and friendly customer service from the staff, and the establishment was super clean. Overall, it's one of the best Zaxby's locations I've been to.
